• What is it? Powerline is a mobile app and web platform that provides leaders and communities with the tools they need to interact effectively in any kind of community• How does it work? Leaders can send polls, petitions, discussions, fundraisers,

crowdfunders, events, announcements, and more directly to their communities. Users can create petitions or posts in their groups for a “Twitter for your group”-like experience complete with social follows, boosting, hashtags, and discussions. Users are automatically linked to their town, state/province, and country communities, but can create or join any group they’d like.• What makes it special? Powerline serves large group (50+ people) scenarios in a way

no other technology does using purposeful notifications, sorting, linking, boosting, and toolsets specifically designed for leader-community relationships.• How does it generate revenue? Groups are available at the free, silver, gold, and

platinum subscription tiers. Fundraising transaction fees, including for town crowdfunding campaigns, are also charged on a volume and per-transaction basis.
