approaching the manegement,human,business,product and service quality which are necessary in order the customer demand about all business within a company by supplying the attendance of all workers.

The concept of Total Quality Control:
Total Quality Control is a system that coordinates the workout about the units like marketing,engineering,production and customer service in order to form and develop the quality for supplying the customer demand economically.
Historical Development of the Concept of Total Quality
WA Shewhart, the statistician of Bella Telephone Company,began to promote the industrial control chards in 1930s.He talk about the lack of quality control which was done in order to solve the problems due to the lack of coordination and consumer demand that could not be supplied during this time.As the result of the working which was begun by AW Shewart and Edward Deming and Josep Juran,who follows them today,total quality management emerged.
Total Quality Management
TQM is a system that sees customers satisfactions before profit.
There are four main elements forming the foundation of TQM:
o Human,Customer,Process,Continuous Improvement
Strategy and practices of TQM in an organization to be able to promise continuity to win four concepts and the application and must be settled. They are:
Customer focused Continuous improvement Total participation Social responsibility
Total Quality Management Objectives
The enterprise from top management to hourly paid staff work in partnership to ensure all employees.
Placing the habit of continuous improvement and development.
