Thank you for joining us for the Bucks County Community College Foundation’s 23rd Annual Golf Classic! Over the years, this event has raised more than $700,000 for the College’s scholarship fund as well as a variety of campus projects and programs, such as:
• Advising Center Design • iPad Instruction for Children with Autism • Maternal and Neonatal Birthing Simulator • 3D Printer and Scanner
Your continued support and participation assures that students who might not otherwise be able to attendcollege have the opportunity to do so.

Bucks County Community College FoundationIn 1982, the Foundation was established as a non-profit, 501(c)(3), educational trust to provide expanded resources for the College’s growth and development. Foundationfunds support instructional resources, campus facilities, scholarships and awards,cultural activities, and special College projects.
In its quest to advance Bucks County Community College as a community of excellence, the Foundation proactively approaches the private sector of the BucksCounty community to secure financial support and other assistance. This communitysupport enhances the College’s ongoing activities and programs as well as initiates new services and programs not adequately funded through traditional sources. In addition to soliciting and receiving funds and other gifts on behalf of the College, the Foundation raises community awareness through its special events, such as theannual Tyler Tasting Party, Golf Classic and Women’s Scholarship Tea.

Each Silent Auction Item is accompanied by a bidsheet listing the item name, the opening bid, and theminimum raise (the dollar increment of the next bidlevel). Bids may be eliminated if the requiredminimum raise is not observed. When bidding, writeyour name and contact information on the nextavailable line.
Each item’s bid sheet also contains a special “Own ItNow!” price. If you wish to buy the item right awayat the pre-determined price, write your informationnext to the “Own It Now!” price and alert the tablehost/hostess and the item will be taken out of thebidding immediately.
Each item winner is determined at the close of theauction by the highest recorded bid on the officialbid sheet unless the item has been sold using the“Own It Now!” option.
You may pay for silent auction items at the checkouttable, which will open immediately after the programconcludes, at approximately 6:30 p.m. Cash, checksmade out to BCCC Foundation, Visa, MasterCard,American Express, and Discover accepted.
All auction items must be paid for in full andremoved by the end of the event. Any items leftafter the event closes will be considered donationsto the BCCC Foundation. All sales are final and sold“as is.” No exchanges or refunds unless specified inthe item description. All items subject to terms andconditions stipulated by the donor.
