The WT-85 goniometer stage is designedfor all tasks where conventional rotationstages cannot be used due to limitedspace conditions or where a clear apertureis needed. Typical applications aremetrology tasks in the area of lasertechnology and radiology. The WT-85 andWT-100 goniometer stages are designedto work together. When mountedorthogonally to each other they have acommon center of rotation. The WT-85has a 30 mm clear aperture. A uniquedriving mechanism insures a very quiet andsmooth motion. The stage is drivendirectly by a DC or 2-phase stepper motorand can achieve a relatively high speed.

The WT-85 stages are available with anoptional optical angular scale and areequipped with two limit switches.
