We enable a seamless recruitment journey for all, by accommodating any reasonable requirement adjustments
candidates may have, to ensure we are supporting a fair and open process.
PREVENTING UNCONSCIOUS BIAS
Our job adverts are monitored using independent technology such as Gender
Decoder, to ensure they are free from biased language. We can also remove the
candidate's name, date of birth, nationality, and other personal details to
minimise unconscious bias.
DIVERSITY REPORTING
We distribute a D&I survey to employees every six months. From the results, we
identify areas that could benefit from an adjusted approach to attract more diverse
candidates. Our numbers have excelled the original 2020 forecast to double the
number of female engineers.
