And whereas Board has received consolidated application dated 06/02/2014 andinward no. 77321 for the consolidated consent and authorization of this Board ~mder the

3. CONDITION UNDER THE WATER ACT:

3.1 There shall be no discharge of the industrial effluent from the manufacturing processand other ancillary industrial operations as the generated 330 KL/Day treated waterwill be stored in lagoon I and reused in sand plant and 386 KL/Day treated water will bestored in lagoon I and reused as make up for Sand Washing through RC (recirculation)

3.3 The total water consumption for industrial process and other ancillary operations shallbe not exceed 1450 KL/day & water consumption for domestic purpose shall notexceed 200 KL/day, as mentioned in form D of consent application, submitted underwater J\ct-1974-.

3.4 Sewage shall be treated separately to conform to the following standards and utilized onland for irrigation/ plantation.

3.6 The GlDC drainage connection given by the GlDC for discharge of industrial effluent shallbe disconnected & the outlet shall be sealed.

4.5 The concentration of the following parameters in the ambient air within the premises of theindustry shall not exceed the limits specified hereunder.

4.7 The consent to oper<1te the industrial plant shall lapse if at any time the parameters of thegaseolls elllissiC)Jl are not within the tolerance limits specified in the condition no. 4.3,4.4 &4.5 duove.

4.8 The applicant shdll provide portholes, ladder, platform etc at chimney(s) for monitoring theair emissions <1l1dthe same shall be open for inspection to/and for use of Board's staff. Thechimney(s) vents attached to various sources of emission shall be designed by numberssuch as S-l, S-2, ete. and these shall be painted/displayed to facilitate identification.

4.9 The Industry sh<111take adequate measures for control of noise levels from its own sourceswithin the pn~!llises so as to maintain ambient air quality standards in respect of noise toless than 7S dl3(a) during day time and 70 dB (1\) during night time. Daytime is reckoned inbetween 6a.m. andl0 p.m. and nighttime is reckoned between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.

5. GENERAL CONDITIONS: -

5.1 Any change in personnel, equipment or working conditions as mentioned in the consentsfOrlll/oruer should immediately be intimated to this Board.
