A. Specific Conditions: A-1 Water Water consumption during operation phase of the project shall not exceed 9375 Ltr / per day which shall be obtained from existing bore wells. The project proponent shall obtain the permission of Central Ground Water Authority if required.

We have using water during operation phase of the project not exceed 7.5 KL/day, which is obtained from our own borewell. The permission of CGWA is not applicable to our unit since the area does not fall under critical zone. (water crises)

There shall not be any industrial wastewater discharge from the unit.

We are not discharging any type of effluent from industrial activity.

Domestic wastewater shall be discharged as per GPCB norms through septic tank and soak pit.

For domestic waste water we have provided septic tank/sock pit system for discharge.

A.2 Air Following minimum Air Pollution Control Measures (APCM) shall be provided.

We have provided hoods / silencers etc for control of noise level in all around the plant area.

A.6 Cleaner Production & Waste Minimization Efforts shall be made to use more fly ash in cement manufacturing without compromising the quality of the cement.

Efforts shall be made to make use of high calorific hazardous waste as fuel in kiln and while using such waste the temperature shall be maintained above 11500C.

The applicant would go for annual maintenance contract in order to ensure that there are no leakages, breakages, puncturing in the Bag Filter.

We have maintenance department to look after No leakages , puncture in the bag filter and other preventive maintenance.

The applicant shall provide and comply with the above prior to obtaining CCA from GPCB.

We have compliance all the above mentioned conditions prior to obtaining CC&A from GPCB.

The applicant shall get third party verification of APCM done during installation and operation subsequently .The monitoring shall be done by the third party every three month.

All the eleven industries of the cluster and other such industries that may come up in the Hadamtala Industrial area will form a joint corpus fund on the basis of 1% of their turnover as submitted, which will be used for the environment monitoring / up gradation, socio economic up gradation activities of the area. The indicative activities to be carried out under this fund are (i) Green belt development in the open

space of the GIDC/Villages/Schools etc. in co ordination with GODC/Panchayat

(ii) Occupational Health monitoring of the

workers of the units by organizing medical camps at the GIDC

Will be coordinate whenever such greenbelt development carried out. We will coordinate if there will be such medical camp organized.

The project proponent shall obtain raw materials like lime and other minerals from the quarries having valid Consolidated Consent & Authorization of the Gujarat Pollution Control Board (GPCB)

The applicant shall inform the public that the project has been accorded environmental clearance by the SEIAA and that the copies of the clearance letter are available with the GPCB and may also be seen at the Website of SEIAA /SEAC / GPCB. This shall be advertised within seven days from the date of the clearance letter, in at least two local newspapers that are widely circulated in the region one of which shall be in the Gujarati language and the other in English. A copy of the same shall be forwarded to the concerned Regional Office of the Ministry.

We shall shortly give the public advertisement in local news paper.

The six monthly compliance reports on the conditions, mentioned hereinabove shall be furnished regularly to the GPCB, SEIAA and the Ministry of Environment and Forests, Government of India at their Regional Office, Bhopal.

All the eleven industries of the cluster and other such industries that may come up in the Hadamtala Industrial area will form a joint corpus fund on the basis of 1% of their turnover as submitted, which will be used for the environment monitoring / up gradation, socio economic up gradation activities of the area. The indicative activities to be carried out under this fund are (i) Green belt development in the open

space of the GIDC/Villages/Schools etc. in co ordination with GODC/Panchayat

(ii) Occupational Health monitoring of the

workers of the units by organizing medical camps at the GIDC

Will be coordinate whenever such greenbelt development carried out. We will coordinate if there will be such medical camp organized.

The project proponent shall obtain raw materials like lime and other minerals from the quarries having valid Consolidated Consent & Authorization of the Gujarat Pollution Control Board (GPCB)

The applicant shall inform the public that the project has been accorded environmental clearance by the SEIAA and that the copies of the clearance letter are available with the GPCB and may also be seen at the Website of SEIAA /SEAC / GPCB. This shall be advertised within seven days from the date of the clearance letter, in at least two local newspapers that are widely circulated in the region one of which shall be in the Gujarati language and the other in English. A copy of the same shall be forwarded to the concerned Regional Office of the Ministry.

The six monthly compliance reports on the conditions, mentioned hereinabove shall be furnished regularly to the GPCB, SEIAA and the Ministry of Environment and Forests, Government of India at their Regional Office, Bhopal.
