AIESEC has over 60 years experience as a platform for young people development around the world, and we care about what contribution we made in the people's lives. We hope that your cooperation with AIESEC and participation in the Global Youth Voice Conference brought you not only benefits but enjoyment. We hope that the conference will become a traditional meeting place for business, government, voluntary sector and young people to discuss the modern challenges of society and how young people can influence on it together. The conference unites young entrepreneurs, heads of social and business projects, leaders of youth organizations and volunteers around the question of HOW YOUNG PEOPLE CAN MAKE THIS WORLD BETTER TOGETHER? We therefore aim to accumulate the positive thinking, energy and ideas of youth as a way of driving change in our world. This conference was initiated by youth and for youth. We truly believe that young people have power to change the world around. Every day we are creating a platform to share experiences, develop essential skills and strengthen collaboration between young leaders from all over the world to generate positive impact on society. Focused on providing a platform for youth leadership development, AIESEC offers young people opportunity to be global citizens, to change the world, and to get experience and skills that matter today.
Development of leadership competencies of participants in the organization and implementation of social projects are the main focuses of AIESEC in Russia in last several years.
ABOUT AIESEC International Congress 2012
•The biggest international youth event, bringing together 1,000 young leaders from 110 countries and business and government representatives.
•Organized by and for young people with the support of Congress partners and AIESEC alumni. Congress brings together three platforms: for the leaders of AIESEC, leaders of social and business projects, AIESEC alumni.
•All external events will be organized with participation of Moscow citizens, project partners and government officials supporting the Congress. •History of the International Congress goes back to 63 years, over past six years it took place in Poland, Turkey, Brazil, Malaysia, India and Kenya.

VISA PROCESS FOR GYVC DELEGATES
• You can apply for visa in any country you are in right now. It shouldn't be the country of your residence. But for the high risk countries it is still better to apply in your citizenship countries. • You don’t need any invitation letters, Ministry of Foreign Affairs will prepare and send your invitation letter by their internal channels with direct instruction to the Russian Embassy in your country to give you visa. You should know only number of this invitation letter with the direct instructions. • Time of visa issuing will take not more than 3 weeks or even less. If you follow 5 easy steps.
We have an agreement with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, according to which the process of visa issuing will be fast and smooth for foreign delegates:

2 Fill carefully application for Invitation letter, which you have to have in order to get visa on web-site http://ic2012.ru/registration/?act=voice_visa by 22nd of June. Please follow all help texts under questions.
Receive confirmation e-mail by 15th July from Organizing Committee with the special number of invitation letter, which you should tell in Russian Embassy in order to apply for visa. Invitation letter will be sent directly to Russian Embassy by internal channels of Ministry of Foreign Affairs (it may also be called Directive number or number of Telex)
Call to Russian Embassy and ask for a list of documents, which you need to prepare and how your visa application process will look like. Please look through the approximate list of documents for visa.
Apply for a visa in Russian Embassy by 25th July. You will need to pay the consular fee (it's about 50$) and provide all needed documents, which depends on the type of visa, the country where you apply and your citizenship. Visa issuing process takes 3-21 days (depends on your country). Please read advices for filling visa application.

Scan copy of your passport is the most important document in application for invitation letter. Please be sure in high quality! It must be a colored scan copy of your passport without any defects, where your picture and passport information can be recognized easily.

LIST OF DOCUMENTS Usually the list of the documents looks like that: • Passport (Must be valid at least 6 month after your Russian visa will expire and contain at least one clear
page - for the visa) • Passport-size photograph (Must be new one and of a good quality) • Visa application form (Downloaded the latest visa application form from the Russian embassy web-site) • Medical insurance policy valid in Russia Please, call to the Russian Embassy and check the information about visa process applying.
VISA APPLICATION While filling visa application, please use the following information: Type of visa – Common humanitarian visa Purpose of visit to Russia - Youth connections Multiplicity of visa (Number of entries) - Single Russian organization to be visited (or Host organization): ММОО AIESEC (in english) and ММОО "АЙСЕК" (in russian) - better if you use both of it. Location (City/town) of the inviting Russian organization: Russia, Moscow City, which you can visit according Invitation letter - Moscow, Saint-Petersburg, Novosibirsk, Rostov-on-Don, Kazan. Dates of visa: 13th of August - 3rd of September (21 days)
