About International China Concern

• Founded in 1993 to give love, hope and opportunity to every abandoned and disabled child in China

• More than 4,000 children have been impacted through the work of ICC

• Full time care facilities in Changsha, Hengyang and Sanmenxia

Hand in Hand• Encourage engagement on the topic of

abandonment and disabilities & promote child sponsorship through ICC

• A bridge between languages, cultures, and levels of ability through play

• Teaching the values of inclusion, the importance of compassion, and giving hope

Lessons Learned• TELL EVERYONE• Keep an eye on your progress, but

watch out for emotional roller coasters
