- 2 Boards in production (‚right populated‘), production + assembly : 3-4 weeks

Risks / Delays :
• Test of series production : board by board till mid August 2005 (500 HABs, 80 HBABs). Manpower for DAQ software and series test ?
• Design errors on HBABs (delay per redesign : 7 weeks)
• A lot of unknown features : Noise, temp.-stability, dynamic range, mechanical interface to SiPM cassette, CMB interface (ground loops etc.)
