Just incase you go out to eat take this guide with you so you can make the best decisions and continue reaching your goals!

Side note- do NOT be afraid to ask to have your food prepared the way YOU want it. You are paying a lot of money for it, it’s the least the could do! I always modify dishes to make them

healthier. I fair warn my waitress but it’s worth the HUNDREDS of calories you will save (plus the heartburn & gas :).
