His Majesty Eze Vincent Ogbonnaya Okoro, Eze Aro VIII of Arochukwu, the Eze Agwu, Mazi Okorafor Uror, Mazi E Okorafor (Avonta), Mazi U K Udonsi, Mazi Kanu Ivi (Target) and other members of Eze Aro entourage on April 20th 1999 at NICON Hilton Hotel, Abuja during the launch of the book - Leadership & Governance in Nigeria - Improvement of Values written by Dr. Mahmoud Waziri.
