26 Dec (H) Day 1 – Depart USAYour spiritual pilgrimage begins as you de-part the USA on an international overnightflight.

27 Dec (F) Day 2 – Arrive in the HolyLand You will be welcomed to the Holy Land byour airport representative and transferred toyour hotel. Enjoy dinner before you rest.

28 Dec (S) Day 3 - The Galilee With Bible in hand, cross the waters of the

Sea of Galilee aboard aKinnereth Sailing Com-pany boat. Along theway, participate in a spe-cial on board worshipservice. Travel to Caper-naum, the center ofJesus’ ministry in the

Galilee. Visit the synagogue that stands onthe site where Jesus taught. Recall his teach-ing and preaching the gospel of the kingdom(Matt. 4: 13, 23). At Kibbutz Nof Ginosar,you’ll learn about the "Ancient Boat", a rareexample of the kind of boat in which Jesuswould have sailed. Travel to the Mount ofBeatitudes where Jesus preached to the peo-ple (Matt. 5-7). At Tabgha, the traditional lo-cation for the calling of the disciples and thefeeding of the 5000, you'll visit the Churchof the Fish and the Loaves (Luke 9:10-17).You'll also visit the Chapel of the Primacywhere three times Peter professed his devo-tion to the risen Christ (John 21). At theRiver Jordan you can remember your bap-tism in the Yardenit Baptismal Site.

29 Dec (U) Day 4 - Beit Shean, Nazareth,Megiddo and Caesarea Visit the ruins of Beit Shean that was contin-uously inhabited for 5000 years and was one

of the Roman cities Jesus passed on his wayfrom Galilee to Jerusalem. We’ll visitNazareth, Jesus’ boyhood home (Matthew 2:23). Travel the ancient caravan route to TelMegiddo where 20 different cities lie super-imposed upon each other. Visit the RomanAqueduct and Theatre at Caesarea, a centerof the early Christians. Here, Cornelius be-came the firstGentile convertto the new reli-gion (Acts 10)and Paul wasimprisoned be-fore being taken to Rome for Trial.

30 Dec (M) Day 5 - Jericho, Qumran, andBethlehem Travel to Jericho and visit the ruins of the an-cient city, which was conquered by Joshua

(Josh. 6: 1, 2, 20). FromJericho, you can see thetraditional site of theTemptation of Jesus(Matt. 4: 1-11). Eventoday, the road from Jeri-cho to Jerusalem twists

for miles as it climbs from below sea levelinto the Judean Mountains. Jesus traveled thenearby Roman road, the setting of His para-ble of the Good Samaritan (Luke 10: 30 -36). Travel to Qumran, site of the Dead SeaScroll discovery, to discuss the mysteriouscommunity of Essenes who once lived on theshores of the Dead Sea. In Bethlehem, you’llvisit the cave revered as the place whereJesus was born (Matt. 1: 18 - 25; Luke 2: 1-7). The church, which was constructed on thesite, is the world’s oldest functioning church.Nearby you’ll view Shepherds’ Field wherethe Good News was first heard.

31 Dec (T) Day 6 - Jerusalem Visit the Haas Promenade and enjoy apanoramic view from the south of Jerusalem,the Old City walls and the hill called MountMoriah where Abraham was commanded byGod to offer Isaac as a burnt offering (Gen.22: 2, 4). View the Kidron Valley and theValley of Gehenna. Stand atop the Mount ofOlives as Jesus did and enjoy a remarkableview of the “Golden City” of Jerusalem, in-cluding the Temple Mount and Dome of theRock. Forty days after his resurrection, Jesusascended into heaven from the Mount ofOlives (Acts 1: 9 - 12). Visit the Chapel ofthe Ascension. Pray in the Garden of Geth-semane as Jesus prayed (Matt. 26: 36 - 44).Continue to Mount Zion to visit the Houseof the High Priest Caiaphas where Jesus wasimprisoned for a night (Matt. 26: 57 - 65).

Stand in the UpperRoom, revered as theplace of the Last Sup-per (Mark 14: 12 -26). View the site ofKing David’s Tomb.

01 Jan (W) Day 7 - Jerusalem and the OldCity Visit the Southern Wall Excavations of the

ancient Temple includ-ing the Teaching Stepsand the Western Wall.Walk the Cardo, the an-cient main street of theOld City once lined

with shops, now partially restored. View the

Pool of Bethesda (John 5: 1-31) where Jesusperformed the Sabbath miracle, and sing ahymn in the Church of St. Anne. VisitHerod’s Antonia Fortress where Jesus wasbrought before Pontius Pilate (Luke 23: 1-11). Walk the Via Dolorosa, “the Way of theCross”, and stand in reverence at the Churchof the Holy Sepulchre.

02 Jan (H) Day 8 –Masada and Dead SeaTour Visit Masada, Herod’s mountaintop fortressthat became the last stronghold of the JewishRebellion against the Romans. Ride the cablecar to the top to explore. Peer down upon theremains of the Roman camps and siege rampbelow. Stop briefly at the Shores of the DeadSea for a quick dip in the salt and mineralladen waters.

03 Jan (F) Day 9 - Jerusalem Travel to Ein Karem, known as the birthplaceof John the Baptist and theplace where the VirginMary visited Elisabeth(Luke 1: 26 - 40). Visitand worship at the GardenTomb, possible site of thegarden of Joseph of Ari-mathea and experience the reality of the Res-urrection. Your afternoon is free forexploring.

04 Jan (S) Day 10 - Return to USAReturn to USA with memories of the peopleand places of the Holy Land!

PRICE INCREASESAll prices quoted in this brochure are subject to change prior to payment in full due to cur-rency fluctuations, fuel surcharge increases, government taxes and fees increases or un-foreseen circumstances. In addition, you may be subject to a price increase after paymentin full has been received due to potential government imposed taxes and fees.

ACCOMMODATIONS: Price is based on double occupancy. When available, single rooms are often smaller than doubles.While EOT will try to match roommates, EOT cannot guarantee a roommate will be avail-able. Roommates may be assigned as late as 35 days prior to departure and, if one is not availableor you request a single room, the following charges apply: $548.

AIRLINE ROUTES and TICKETS:In order to keep prices low, EOT does not guarantee the most direct routing to your final destination. Once “printed”, airline tickets cannot be changed or refunded thereafter. Air transportation to/from your destination will be economy class on IATA and ARC carriers utilizing APEX or SUPER APEXnon-refundable, non-amendable tickets for groups of 10 or more flying together on entire itinerary.

FLIGHT TIMES:All flight times are subject to change by the airlines without advance notice. EOT is not responsible for such changes or delays and does not reimburse expenses resulting fromsuch delays. If making own flight arrangements to departure city, we recommend you purchase aticket which can be changed without large penalties.

ITINERARY CHANGES:Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of this brochure. While you will see all siteslisted in this brochure, the order of sites and/or days and number of days may be altered to accom-modate changes in airline, hotel schedules, and local conditions. Due to airline schedules, someparticipants may receive one or two extra leisure days at a nominal per day charge and some ex-tensions may not be available on all departure dates. If itinerary changes necessitate extra overnights,you will be charged $100 per night; single rooms $180 per night. Meals for extra nights are not in-cluded.

CANCELLATION FEES: 100% of Cancellation Fees are covered by the optional Travel Protection Program provided premium has been paid and reason for cancellation is insurable. Those who do not taketravel protection should be aware of the following cancellation penalties: From day of reg-istration to 105 days prior to departure, you will be charged the $100 non-refundable admin-istrative fee plus any airline fees. Additionally, thereafter, you will be charged any airlinepenalties and a single room supplement if your cancellation forces your roommate into asingle plus the following charges: 104-60 days = $400; 59-45 days = $600; 44-31 days = 40%of total cost; 30 days to day of departure = 100% of total cost. Submit cancellation in writing.On or after day of departure, no refund for any services not used.

FIT TO TRAVEL STATEMENT:Passengers registering for the tour accept the responsibility for being in good health andable to walk and travel on the tour. Because many of the sites are not accessible to the phys-ically challenged , those needing wheelchairs, oxygen, or other ambulatory assistance willfind the tour extremely limiting in their experiences.
