Free time & time management

Time management is the ability to estimate how much time one has and how to use that time to complete a task.

Planning is the ability to create and follow a plan to complete a task.

Organization is the ability to keep track of information and materials.

Procrastination - delay doing something until a later time because you do not want to do it, because you are lazy.

Here are a few examples of activities that consume a lot of you time:

1. Watching TV 2. Playing video games 3. Internet (and social networks in particular)4. Talking on the phone

How to be better at time management?

1. Become an expert in estimating how much time your tasks will take you

2. Make a list with the tasks you have to complete, it will help you keep track

3. Prioritize your tasks

4. Set goals for both the short term and long term as to what you want to accomplish.

5. Avoid overload! Remember, time to rest is very important!

the world, or offer to host someone else’s toy. You register on the site, create a travelog - profile, and you can also

owners update the travelog and add pictures.

Guerrilla gardening

Guerrilla gardening consists of working on land that the gardener does not have a legal right to use.
