OVERVIEW The teams were comprised of multinational forces from 36
countries with totally different cultures, languages and performance capabilities
Countries included Kuwait, USA, Great Britain, France, Germany, Canada and many more
Catering and other cultural requirements had to be addressed to ensure each group could perform its function satisfactorily.
Each task had to be “Tailor Made” to suit the team available. It was important that planning of the man power and resources take into consideration availability of the right foreman and support group to be able to communicate and perform work with each team.
This is a clear cut problem of Project Human Resources Management.
