Risks AnalysisWeak points Evaluati

onActions Results

Lack of creative ideas, Plant role in Belbin. High

Organize more workshops and creative activities

to brainstorm;

Make questionaires for our classmate to get

more ideas.

Got many good ideas from

people.

Cross-cultural team. NormalAttend the team building to understand more

about each other.

After activities, we were able

to communicate more with

efficiency.

Missing the knowledge of producing a handbook.

Normal

Research and refer resources in the Internet

about how to make the handbook. Asking Steven

and other people in ESIEE for help.

First prototype

Most part of members are introverts: 3/5 High

Find individual communication approach for

each member to rise up their self-confidence, to

level up creativity;

Organize informal meetings in order to build

good relationships between members.

 People started to express

them self more openly, the

team meeting became funny

and enjoyable.

Deficiency in time management. High

Develop ground rules of the team and create a

project plan.

 Starting to make progress

and started to work more

efficiently

Tend to compromise too much on matters Normal

Check if the members are fully agree with the

compromise or just simply harmonizing

Found out there is more on

people’s mind.
