Congrats Hoover Cross Country Team both are undefeated in league

The girls were led by Melissa Carrillo (1st), who ran the 3rd fastest Hoover girl time on the course in the last 8

years (since the course was changed.) She was followed by Sr.

Diana Bataz (2nd) and Frosh newcomers Aram Adeirasool (3rd)

and Rebeca Abella (4th).The boys team swept the 1-5 positions, and were led by Jr. Samy Belay (1st), and Sr's Miguel Hernandez (2nd), and Brandon Pintor (3rd).

The future

looks bright.

HOOVER WRESTLING OPEN ROOM

• Anyone interested in joining the Hoover Wrestling team and/or learning how to wrestle is invited to attend open wrestling room (Big Gym under the upper bleachers) After school:– Tuesdays (2:45), – Wednesdays (1:45 short days) – Thursdays (2:45).

We are looking for male and female athletes of all shapes and sizes. Come see if you have what is takes to be part of the toughest sport and find out important information for the upcoming season.--Coach Hoskisson
