LEARNTO FLY

Due to recent regulationchanges, becoming a pilot isnow easier and more un thanever beore. The Federal Aviation Administration’s newSport Pilot License (SPL) is all

you need to fy an ICON A5. Training costs $3,000 - $5,000per student and typically takestwo weeks o ull-time instruction(or train in multiple sessions).

REQUIREMENTS

– Valid driver’s license

– Minimum 17 years o age

– Good health (no FAA medical certicate

is required)

THREE EASY STEPS

1. Training: log at least 20 hours o fight training

rom an FAA Certied Flight Instructor

2. Testing: pass the standardized FAA

written exam

3. Checkride: pass the oral exam and in-fight

practical with an FAA-designated Sport
