Can operate at rural, regional and national levels : can be virtual (just a Portal), physical (building), or both can provide the following SDG related services
Telemedicine ICT Education for High School Teachers Disaster Management Service Business Intelligence (BI) Service E-agriculture (SDG Goal2) Eservices for Food Safety Fishery Distribution (Supply Chain) Tourism Services
The hubs can be interconnected with each other for economic growth and high impact
