St. Juliana’s (Patron Saint of sickness) list is a list of the people we are
currently praying for because of illness or in the military. To stay current names on the illness list will remain for four weeks & the military list will
remain the same until we are notified. Please call the office (842-3520) to
request continued prayers.
To preserve the dignity and privacy of individuals, we ask that only an immediate family member call to request publication of names for the
prayer list. We will presume they have permission from the individual to
do so. Thank you for your understanding.

and communities flourish. Prayer and sensitivity to our neighbor is essential
and learning about the extent of credit abuse and the lack of honest banking
options for many can be eye opening. Don’t be afraid to get involved!”

The Diocesan Social Justice Commission requests prayers for all unborn
babies in danger of abortion. A sample prayer entitled Spiritual Adoption
Prayer is as follows: “Jesus, Mary and Joseph, with love for you I ask your
intercession to protect the life of unborn children. May they all come to birth
healthy and be a source of joy to their parents. For those in danger because
of abortion, I adopt them as my own and pray for them and their mothers.”

Prayer shawls are traditional forms of praying for others in a tangible, physical way. It's one thing to say "I'm praying for you," but another to hand someone a physical object that
constitutes an entire process of prayer! Usually, prayer shawls are given to people who are in a time of suffering and need. They can go to people you know, or you can donate them to total strangers.

like to build a strong faith community outside the church.
You are invited to Father’s home the second Saturday
of each month after Mass from 7:00-9:00pm.

Patty will be the new contact person to start the chain. If you
want to have prayers requested, in order to respect the dignity
and privacy of individuals, we will need the request of an
immediate family member or the person himself/herself.
