been wanting to ask Father
Michaud about….Holy days,
Sacraments, the Catholic
Faith, Mass, Saints, etc.?
Write it down on the slip of
paper found in your pews
and drop it in the collection
box or basket.
On SUNDAY, APRIL 7th
after Mass, we will gather
in our Parish Hall for a
question & answer session
with Father Michaud
(and yes, donuts too!).
All are Welcome.
EASTER
FLOWERS Donations envelopes

entrance of the
Church. Please include your

person you wish to donate in

Dear Family,
Each year I provide this examination of conscience. It is essential that we make
a good examination of conscience prior to confession so that we know we have
made a good, integral confession of our sins. I continue to hear confessions
before Sunday morning Masses at both parishes on alternating Sundays. There
are a number of confessions available at area parishes this coming week.
PLEASE do not miss this sacrament of God’s love and healing.
God bless and Mary keep you,
Fr. Michaud.
Did I purposefully withhold a
serious sin in any previous
confession?
Did I fail to do my penance?
Have I neglected my duties at
home, work, or school?
Have I missed Mass on Sundays or
Holy Days of Obligation
without a serious reason?
Have I used God’s name (Father,
Son, or H.S.) irreverently or in
vain?
Have I done unnecessary work on
Sundays?
Have I failed to spend time with
God in prayer, daily?
Have I participated fully in Lent
through prayer, fasting and
almsgiving in preparation for
Easter?
Have I disobeyed, or been
disrespectful to my superiors
(parents, teachers, employer)?
Have I quarreled with, or
purposefully hurt, anyone?
Have I been cruel (physically or
mentally) to anyone?
Have I had an abortion or assisted
or referred someone to have an
abortion?
Have I caused or led anyone else to
commit sin by how I have
dressed or acted?
Have I used pornographic
material?
Have I offended against purity in
thought, word, or action?
With another
With self
Have I stolen or destroyed
another’s property?
Have I accepted stolen goods?
Have I failed to pay my just
debts?
Have I lied?
Have I gossiped?
Have I made up lies about
another in order to hurt them?
Have I failed to be thankful to
God for the gifts He has given
me, which is everything?
Have I drank alcohol (for adults,
have I drank to excess) or
taken illegal drugs?
Have I failed to observe the
Church’s laws of fasting and
abstinence?
Have I failed to receive
communion during Easter
time?
Have I done what I can to support
the Church in terms of time,
talent, and treasure.
For Married People
Have I sinned against the duties
of married life?
Have I failed to show the love,
respect, and good example due
my spouse?
Have I neglected my duties to my
children concerning their
religious instruction,
education, or cultivation of
good habits?
Is there anything else that is on
my heart?
