Prepare attendance allowance for lifter driver, HTV driver and sale man. Check salary advance form and check that employee has taken other advance or

not. Check leave form that incharge has signed it and sign the form.

Objective:

Enter loan application into the system after taking sign from COO. Post loan voucher into the system and prepare monthly installment to be

deduction from the salary of those employees who taken loan. Keep the record of car/bike on lease enter the deduction voucher in the system &

check fuel & maintence allowance that given to employee. Check OD forms. Prepare the comparison report on daily basis. Process resigns of management employees as received. Execute final settlement

etc as per date of leaving. At the time of final settlement check complete ledger of employee. Maintain the record of company’s bike and car recover from the individual when

he/she will be leaving the company. After new hiring, check new hiring registration form, check section head and hod’s

sign, current strength & approved strength of department, complete required documents and entered into system.

To ensure that leave application is being collected, updated in system and deductions are being made from the salary of employees on monthly basis.

To ensure and monitor that recruitment form of every new joining is being filled, entered into the system.

To ensure that Army Book is available with the candidate for the security staff hiring.

To ensure and monitor the hiring of warehouse & Water plant is being done as per the requirement.

Arrange their accommodation and resolve their grievances. To ensure and monitor that reference of incharge is mentioned in the recruitment

form of labor of any section (khata). To ensure that Relative Declaration Form is attached with the recruitment form of

every new hire. Also ensure that Relation Responsibility Form is also attached with the forms of those new hires who have relatives in the company.

To ensure and monitor the files, filling system and record room every month.

To ensure that exit interview of resigned employee of every unit are being conducted before providing final settlement to employee.

To ensure that Medical Test of all food handlers are being conducted and also renewed every year.

system. Enter filled recruitment form into the system and verify required documents and
