Republic, the nation's third larg- est steel producer, was the second of four "TJttle Steel" concerns to announce it would incorporate in contracts under negoUation with the CIO United Steel Workers of America the provisions of the WLB's order. Bethlehem Steel Co yesterday notified the board It would abide by the directive.
