In this hour, I will refuse nothing to the soul that makes a
request of Me in
virtue of My Passion...--- St. Faustina Diary, 1320
Jesus speaking to St. Faustina: Jesus asked that all who
venerate His mercy honour His Passion by remembering Him with this
prayer at 3 O’Clock in the
afternoon. He asks us, “If only for a brief moment, immerse
yourself in My Passion,
particularly in My abandonment at the moment of agony”. (Diary
1320)
At this moment, He asks us to implore His Mercy, especially for
sinners. He told St.
Faustina, "as often as you hear the clock strike the third hour,
immerse yourself
completely in My mercy, adoring and glorifying it; invoke its
omnipotence for the
whole world, and particularly for poor sinners; for at that
moment, mercy was
opened wide for every soul". (Diary 1572)
The short prayer which Jesus taught St. Faustina for the
veneration of His Mercy at 3 O’Clock is, “O
Blood and Water, which gushed forth from the Heart of Jesus as a
Fount of Mercy for us, I trust
in You”.
We pray for Christina Maureen Moyles and all who mourn her loss.
Her funeral is at St. Vincent’s Church on Friday 31st July at
10.00am
We pray for David Hutchinson who is ill at this time, and for
his wife Brenda. We keep Alexandria Namukasa, Fr. Henry’s mother in
our prayers

Confessions: As normal on Friday morning 10.00am – 10.45am and
Saturday mornings10.30am - 11.00pm. They are available also before
and during the two evening Masses on Saturday/Sunday Mass.

Miraculous Invocation to St. Therese
O Glorious St. Therese, whom Almighty God has raised up to aid
and inspire the
human family, I implore your Miraculous Intercession. You are so
powerful in
obtaining every need of body and spirit from the Heart of God.
Holy Mother
Church proclaims you “Prodigy of Miracles… the greatest saint of
Modern
Times.” Now I fervently beseech you to answer my petition
(mention here) and
to carry out your promises of spending heaven doing good on
earth… of letting
fall from Heaven a Shower of Roses. Little Flower, give me your
childlike faith,
to see the Face of God in the people and experiences of my life,
and to love
God with full confidence. St. Therese, my Carmelite Sister, I
will fulfill your plea
“to be made known everywhere” and I will continue to lead others
to Jesus
through you. Amen.

Unfailing Prayer to St. Anthony
Blessed be God in His Angels and in His Saints
St. Anthony, gentlest of Saints, your love for God and charity
for his creatures,
made you worthy, when on earth, to possess miraculous powers.
Miracles
waited on your word, which you were ready to speak for those in
trouble or
anxiety. Encouraged by this thought, I ask you to obtain for me
the favors that I
seek (mention your request here).
The answer to my prayer may require a miracle, even so, you are
the Saint of
Miracles.
O gentle and loving St. Anthony, whose heart was full of
sympathy, whisper my
petition into the ears of the Infant Jesus, who loved to be held
in your arms; and
the gratitude of my heart will ever be yours. Amen

Oh, St. Joseph, whose protection is so great, so strong, so
prompt before the throne of God. I
place in you all my interests and desires. Oh, St. Joseph, do
assist me by your powerful
intercession, and obtain for me from your divine Son all
spiritual blessings, through Jesus
Christ, our Lord. So that, having engaged here below your
heavenly power, I may offer my
thanksgiving and homage to the most loving of Fathers.

Prayer for the Intercession of St. Padre Pio
Dear God, You generously blessed Your servant,St. Pio of
Pietrelcina,
with the gifts of the Spirit. You marked his body with the five
wounds
of Christ Crucified, as a powerful witness to the saving Passion
and Death of Your
Son. Endowed with the gift of discernment,
St. Pio labored endlessly in the confessional for the salvation
of souls.
With reverence and intense devotion in the celebration of
Mass,
he invited countless men and women to a greater union with Jesus
Christ
in the Sacrament of the Holy Eucharist.
Through the intercession of St. Pio of Pietrelcina,I confidently
beseech You to grant
me the grace of (here state your petition). Amen.
Glory be to the Father and to the Son and to the Holy Spirit, as
it was in the beginning,is

Friday:
O most holy heart of Jesus, fountain of every blessing, I adore
you, I love you,
and with lively sorrow for my sins I offer you this poor heart

may live in you and for you. Protect me in the midst of danger.
Comfort me in my
afflictions. Give me health of body, assistance in my temporal
needs, your
blessing on all that I do, and the grace of a holy death.

O my God, Trinity whom I adore, help me forget myself entirely
so to establish myself in you, unmovable and peaceful as if my soul
were already in eternity. May nothing be able to trouble my peace
or make me leave you, O my unchanging God, but may each minute
bring me more deeply into your mystery! Grant my soul peace. Make
it your heaven, your beloved dwelling and the place of your rest.
May I never abandon you there, but may I be there, whole and
entire, completely vigilant in my faith, entirely adoring, and
wholly given over to your creative action. Amen
