It is the intention of NJPA to award multiple contracts for general construction services in the area. Each contract has an estimated annual value of $500,000 and the maximum term of the contract is four years. IQCC is a construction contracting procurement system that provides facility owners’ access to competitively bid “on-call” general contractors to provide immediate construction services over an extended period of time. NJPA reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all bids. Intending bidders are required to attend a pre-bid seminar for the purpose of discussing the IQCC procurement system, the contract documents, and bid forms. Attendance at one of the seminars is a mandatory condition of bidding. The mandatory pre-bid seminars will be held as follows: 10/13/15 9:30 am UNC Charlotte, Cone University Center, Rm 113, 9025 University Road Charlotte, NC 28223 10/14/15 9:30 am Greensboro College, Sternberger Cultural Center at James Addison Jones Library, 815 West Market Street, Greensboro, NC 27401 10/15/15 9:30 am Wake Technical Community College - Western Campus, Room 262, 3434 Kildaire Farm Road, Cary, NC 27518 Intending bidders can pre-register for the pre-bid seminar by visiting our website at www.njpacoop.org/eziqc- pre-bid-registration/. An electronic (CD) copy of the IFB Documents which include the instructions for submitting a bid and the bid documents may be obtained by letter of request to Joseph Morgan, NJPA, 202 12 th Street NE, Staples, MN 56479, or by visiting our website at www.njpacoop.org/eziqc-bid-document-request selecting the desired bid documents from the drop down list and completing the requested information. All requests must include; mailing address, email address, contact name, phone number. Bids are due by 4:30 pm CT on November 3, 2015 and will be opened at 9:00 am on November 4, 2015.
