Hidria is a specialized manufacturer of customized modular air handling units. Air handling units in hygienic versions are certified according to Eurovent and we supply them with all the pertaining automation and perform a start-up and settings check so that the optimum performance and energy consumption is provided in accordance with the design characteristics. In order to provide better energy efficiency, we also offer versions with adiabatic cooling. Electronic air flow controllers provide a precise setting of the volume of supplied air depending on the occupation of the room and thus contribute towards the energy economy of the facility. In combination with air pressure controllers, they are especially important for maintaining overpressure or pressure depression in clean rooms. Controlling the parameters is made easier with the user-friendly Hidria Simply drives. Inline filtration units with a combination of pre-filters and Hepa filters are installed as the second and third stage of filtration for clean rooms. We also provide complex solutions for filtering hazardous substances (a component with active carbon) and filtration units in accordance with the ATEX directive. For surgery rooms with the highest hygienic requirements, we also provide class 1a supply ceilings.

■ Validation

Compliance with the standards for clean rooms and design results is provided by an experienced Hidria team that also car-ries out measurements of decontamination time, tests of room flushing and laminar air flow, measurements of the pressure drop at the Hepa filters and measurements of the theoretical number of exchanges of air in the room.

■ Construction

We offer several types of wall linings that are available as a fixed modular system or a dismountable modular frame. They enable free modelling in new constructions and also have a wide selection of linings for existing constructions. A long-term durable surface hygiene, resistance to impacts, scratches and chemicals, as well as flexibility and ease of use and maintenance are only a few of their advantages. They have characteristic rounded shapes, with-out transitions, slots and sharp edges. At the same time, emphasis has also been given to the appearance and a varied colour range.

■ Ceiling

Traversable or non-traversable ceilings.

■ Antistatic properties

Clean rooms must have an antistatic floor, which must be smooth and even, with rounded edges.

■ Sealing

We provide magnetic sealing for doors without seals and inter-lock system.

■ Lighting

Highly technically perfected luminaries with excellent optical characteristics have been manufactured in accordance with the requirements for clean rooms. They are resistible to cleaning and energy efficient.

■ BMS

For perfect control of the system's operation and energy con-sumption, an expertly implemented connection between all sub-systems and a building management system that is compatible with various communication protocols is key.
