OVERVIEW

Business Process Description Overview

This is a master data within Real Estate Module for Create/Display/Modify/CheckIn/Checkout of IQ Booking.

This activity will be carried out by a specific team who is made responsible by BSNL for creation as well asmodification of existing master data of REM.

IQ Booking, Modification, Cancellation, Check-In , Check Out & DailyCheckout Complete can be executed.

Procedural Steps

1.1. Access Process Property by:

Via Menus

Via Transaction Code ZRE001_1

1. SAP Easy Access

Start the transaction using the menu path or transaction code.

2. Enter the transaction code in SAP Command Box:

As required, complete the following fields:

7. Select to make the Booking.

8. Click button to create the Booking.9. In new screen Booking can be done both for Employee as well as Non External Persons (Others) as per the

selection done in initial screen. In case of Employee Booking please select the Employee Number from

search button and in case of booking for Non Employees (Other) only the Name filed is to be filled.

For Booking Type 01 BSNL Employee On official Visit

Rate is automatically picked from maintenance table based on Type of city mentioned in Building master.
