Interior doors are an important aspect of any room and can at the same time have various additional practical functions like fire, sound and water resistance. Painted flush doors are the most common internal door type. A flush door is a simple and classic, even-surfaced door, whereas a moulded door has a pattern pressed into the door surface. We produce single-leaf and double-leaf doors. Interior glazed doors have different glass separation and glass type possibilities. Internal door frames are made of high quality pine wood.A standard flush door has the 2014 lock and the 6540 KS JVA hinges.When required, the door set will include an oak threshold. The main door finishing is painted, veneered doors are stained, oiled or lacquered.

Internal doors with higher water resistance are produced as flush or moulded doors, and also with glazing. An internal door with higher water resistance is suitable for use as domestic bathroom door.

Strengthened internal doors are meant to be

used in places with intensive door usage. This type of doors are heavier and more durable. Strengthened internal doors are suitable for use in public buildings such as offices, hospitals, schools.

Water resistant internal doors are used in

heated working and living rooms. The door surface is covered with high pressure laminate and door leaf edges are made of birch, ash or oak. The door can withstand short term water flow and usage in high relative humidity conditions, after which the room must be intensively ventilated in order for the humidity to drop to the normal level again. A water resistant internal door is suitable in continuously used bathrooms, public laundry rooms, swimming pools.

Internal doorsVeneered internal doors are made using either vertical or

horizontal veneers. We offer a wide range of different natural wooden or artificial timber species. Please note that all timber veneers often show some discoloration, knots and other features, since in the nature every tree trunk has a different coloration and grain. The finishing options are either stained, oiled or lacquered.

Pine door 3P. Knotty internal pine door is a traditional solid

wood door suitable for any interiors. The doors are produced either lacquered or without finishing. The possible options for the doors without finishing are oiling, staining, lacquering or painting in many different colour tones. With proper maintenance the doors will last several generations.

and EI30/Rw=42dB meet all fire safety requirements.The fire resistant doors are made of wooden frames covered with panels; the inside cavity is filled with non-combustible or slow-burning insulation materials and the finishing of the surfaces meets the interior design requirements. The fire resistant doors are meant for closing the openings between fire resistant sections of any rooms, whereas the difference between the temperatures of the these rooms must not exceed 5°C. The lock cases and hinges are fire tested and keep the door leaf closed and tight in case of fire. The cavity between the frame and the door leaf is filled with expanding intumescent seal. The fire resistant doors meeting all requirements have been marked with a label fixed on the door leaf and on the frame.Fire resistant doors can be painted or covered with veneer or with high pressure laminate.

Full glass sauna doors are meant for use in

steam rooms, but can be also used in other internal rooms (except in high steam Turkish baths). The door glass is thermally tempered and has higher resistance against mechanical damages and temperature fluctuations. Sauna door frames are made of specially selected pine wood and without any surface finishing, so that the customer could choose the finishing according the interior of the sauna room.

Sliding doors can be used for separating

interior rooms that lack sufficient floor space for opening the doors. The sliding door tracks can be installed either on the wall or on the ceiling. The wall next to the door opening must be free within the width of the door leaf (or, in case of a double sliding door, on both sides).

Full glass sauna door

External doorsExternal doors, both the ones opening to the inside and to the outside

are made using special technology and can withstand the temperature fluctuations characteristic of the Northern climate. The door set consists of door leaf, frame, threshold, hinges and lock case. We produce veneered (teak) as well as painted, glazed and non-glazed external doors in different sizes. With teak veneered exterior doors, the door leaf will be moulded with pattern on covered with veneered decorative panels. Glazed doors have double glazing units. The doors are durable and thermostable due to the water-resistant polystyrene board and the shape perfection will be guaranteed by the aluminium sheets in the structure. The threshold is made of oak wood and protected with an aluminium slat. We produce external doors with one (T1) or two (T2) seals. One-seal external doors are especially suitable for houses with a storm porch and two-seal external doors for houses without a storm porch. Our external doors come in standard sizes of 890 x 2088/1988 mm or 990 x 2088/1988 mm. It is possible to order double-leaf doors and doors with a side panel.

In addition we produce side- and overlights suitable for external conditions to be installed to the side or above the external door. Non-opening glass panels can be combined with opaque parts. For especially complicated weather conditons we offer laminated external doors with higher weather resistance.

We produce certificated fire resistant external doors VU-T1/EI 30/Rw34dB.
