    m)c is done. irst gear bo' is opened- then all the gears are cleaned and grease

    is applied to gears and co"er is set again. Top detaching roller- bottom detaching

    roller- top dra#ting roller- bottom dra#ting roller are opened and spirits is ser"ed

    to clean these rollers are set to the machine. Sli"er table- sli"er guide- top comb

    nipper- cushion plate- #eed roller- lap roller- cylinder- cylinder brush- 9astage

    suction pipe- coiler bo' and can 9heel co"er are opened and cleaned and grease

    is applied to e"ery bearing and gearing. Then all the nuts and bolts are checked.

    In bottom detaching roller corium 15( is used. I# any part o# the m)c is damaged-

    it is changed or repaired. A#ter this- machine is started.
