Ukupna desezonirana proizvodnja u graevinarstvu1) u Brko

Distriktu u drugom tromjeseju 2014. u usporedbi s prvim tromjesejem 2014. biljei pad za 9,3%. Posmatrano prema vrsti graevinskih objekata, u istom razdoblju na objektima visokogradnje zabiljeen je rast za 8,0% a na objektima niskogradnje pad za 17,2%.

The total seasonally adjusted production in construction 1)

in Brcko District in second quarter 2014, as compared to first quarter 2014, decreased by 9.3%. By types of construction, in the same period, it increased by 8.0% on the building constructions and decreased by 17.2% on the civil engineering works.

Brko Distriktu u drugom tromjeseju 2014. u usporedbi s drugim tromjesjejem 2013. biljei rast za 17,7%. Posmatrano prema vrsti graevinskih objekata, u istom razdoblju na objektima visokogradnje zabiljeen pad za 0,1% a na objektima niskogradnje rast za 144,0%.

The total working day adjusted production in construction 2)

in Brcko in second quarter 2014, compared to second quarter 2013, increased by17.7%. If compared by types of construction works, then, in the same period, it decreased by 0.1% on the building constructions and increased by 144.0% on the civil engineering works.

1) Podaci koji se usporeuju s podacima od prethodnog tromjeseja (tzv. tromjesena usporedba) prema Eurostatovoj terminologiji i praksi su desezonirane stope rasta, u skladu s Uredbom Vijea (EZ-a) br. 1165/98 i preporukama o kratkoronim statistikama za prezentaciju i interpretaciju indeksa graevinskih radova.

1) Data compared to those of the previous quarter (the so-called quarter -on- quarter comparison) according to the Eurostats terminology and practice are seasonally adjusted growth rates, in line with the Council Regulation No. 1165/98 of the EU and the STS recommendations for the presentation and interpretation of the construction work indices.

2) Podaci koji se usporeuju s podacima istog tromjeseja prethodne godine (tzv. godinja usporedba), prema Eurostatovoj terminologiji i praksi jesu kalendarski prilagoeni indeksi.

2) Data compared to those of the same quarter of a previous year (the so- -called year-on-year comparison) according to the Eurostats terminology and practice is working-day adjusted indices.

METODOLOKA OBJANJENJA NOTES ON METHODOLOGY

U ovom priopenju indeksi proizvodnje u graevinarstvu objavljuju se prvi puta u BIH. Prikazani su na meugodinjoj lananoj osnovi i na stalnoj baznoj godini 2010. = 100 u skladu s Uredbom Vijea EU-a o kratkoronim statistikama (Short-Term Statistics), br. 1165/98. i njezinim izmjenama i dopunama. Agencija za statistiku BIH zapoela je s dostavljanjem tromjesenih indeksa graevinskih radova u Eurostat koji takoer objavljuje indekse proizvodnje u graevinarstvu na internetskim stranicama http://ec.europa.eu/eurostat/euroindicators kao jednog od Glavnih europskih ekonomskih pokazatelja (tzv. GEEP) na stalnoj baznoj godini 2010. = 100, ime se omoguuje neposredna usporedbu kretanja graevinskih radova BiH s drava lanicama EU-a. Indeks proizvodnje u graevinarstvu u BIH potpuno je usklaen s europskim standardima.

In this first release, indices of production in construction are publishing for the first time in BiH. They are presented on the inter-annual chain basis and on the fix base year 2010 = 100, in line with the Council Regulation (EC) concerning Short-Term Statistics No. 1165/98 and its amendments. Agency for statistics of BIH started with delivery of the indices of production in construction for the BiH on the quarterly basis to Eurostat which publishes it on the Eurostats web site http://ec.europa.eu/eurostat/ as one of the principal European economic indicators (the so-called PEEIs) presented on the 2010 base year, which provides basis for a direct comparison of the development of the construction production between the BiH and the Member States. The indices of production in construction for BiH are fully harmonised with the European standards.

Indeks proizvodnje u graevinarstvu jedan je od glavnih kratkorono-poslovnih pokazatelja. Njime se aproksimira razvoj obujma ukupne graevinske proizvodnje u sektoru graevinarstva, i ralanjeno na njegove najvanije komponente radova na objektima visokogradnje i niskogradnje. Ralamba se temelji na Klasifikaciji vrsta graevinskih objekata.

The index or production in construction is one of the principal short-term business indicators. It approximates the evolution of the volume of production in construction within the construction sector, broken down into building construction and civil engineering works. The breakdown on the building construction and civil engineering works are based on the Classification of types of construction.

Pravna i metodoloka osnova Tromjeseni izvjetaj graevinarstva (K KPS GRA-21) provodi se u 2014. u BIH u entitetima i distriktu Brko na temelju Zakona o statistici BiH (Sl. glasnik BiH br. 26/04 i 42/04) kao i odgovarajuim entitetskim zakonima. Koncepti i definicije koji se primjenjuju u istraivanjima K KPS GRA-21 u BIH usklaeni su s konceptima i definicijama iz Metodologije za kratkorone poslovne statistike EU-a (Tema 4, ISSN 1725-0099, Europska zajednica, 2006.) i Uredbe Komisije (EZ-a) br. 1503/2006. o definicijama varijabla, popisu varijabla i uestalosti prikupljanja podataka

Legal and methodological framework The Quarterly Report on construction (K KPS GRA-21) is carried out in 2014 in BiH by the entities and District Brko on the basis of the Official Law on Statistics of BiH (Official Gazette Nos 26/04 and 42/04) as well as entities laws, respectively. Concepts and definitions used in the K KPS GRA-21 Surveys are harmonised in BiH with the EU Methodology of Short-Term Business Statistics (Theme 4, ISSN 1725-0099; European Communities, 2006) as well as with the Commission Regulation (EC) No 1503/2006 on definitions of variables, list of variables and frequency of data compilation

Pokrivenost i obuhvat Tromjeseni izvjetaj graevinarstva (K KPS GRA-21) prikuplja se za poslovne subjekte ili njihove dijelove koji su u Statistikom poslovnom registru poslovnih subjekata razvrstani u podruje F Graevinarstvo u skladu sa KD BiH 2010. Podaci se odnose na graevinske radove (na novim graevinama, rekonstrukcijama, popravcima i odravanju postojeih graevina) izvrene na podruju BiH. Razvrstavanje graevina i radova izvreno je prema Klasifikaciji vrsta graevina KVGO BiH, koja je usklaena s klasifikacijom koju propisuje Eurostat (Classifications of Types of Constructions CC, final version).

Scope and coverage The Quarterly Report on construction (K KPS GRA-21) is collected from business entities and their parts classified in the Statistical Business Register of Business into section F Construction according to the KD BiH 2010. Data refer to all construction works (new constructions and reconstructions, maintenance and repair works on existing constructions) done on the territory of the BiH. Constructions and works are classified according to the Classifications of Types of Constructions (EU CC) KVGO BIH which is harmonized with appropriate classification prescribed by Eurostat (Classifications of Types of Constructions CC, final version)

Metoda kalkulacije Indeksi obujma graevinskih radova temelje se na odraenim satima radnika na gradilitima prema Metodologiji za kratkorone poslovne statistike, tumaenje i smjernice na temu Industrija, trgovina i usluge, ISSN 1725-0099, Europske zajednice, 2006. Ponderi za izraun indeksa proizvodnje u graevinarstvu temelje. se na vrijednosti izvrenih graevinskih radova.

Calculation method The volume indices of construction works are based on the number of hours worked on sites, according to the Methodology of short-Term Business Statistics, Interpretation and Guidelines, Theme: Industry, Trade and Services, ISSN 1725-0099, European Communities, 2006. Weights used for calculation of the indices of production in construction are based on the value of construction works.

Prezentacija serija indeksa Indeksi proizvodnje u graevinarstvu u ovom priopenju prikazuju se kao izvorni (neprilagoeni) indeksi, desezonirani indeksi (iz kojih je iskljuen utjecaj kalendarskih dana i sezonske sastavnice), kalendarski prilagoeni indeksi (iz kojih je iskljuen utjecaj kalendarskih dana, npr. broj radnih dana, nacionalni blagdani, uinak Uskrsa itd.) te trend-indeksi (desezonirani indeksi iz kojih je iskljuen utjecaj sluajne sastavnice). Desezoniranje i kalendarska prilagodba provedeni su s pomou programskog suelja "Demetra" Eurostat, verzija 2.2. iz 2008., primjenom metode TRAMO-SEATS na tromjesenoj seriji indeksa

Indices series presentation The indices of production in construction are presented in this release as gross (non-adjusted) indices, seasonally adjusted indices (in which the effect of certain calendar days and the seasonal effect have been excluded), working-day adjusted indices (in which the effect of certain calendar days has been excluded, e.g., the number of working days, national holidays, Easter etc.) and trend indices (seasonally adjusted indices from which the random component effect has been excluded). The seasonal and working-day adjustment were done by applying the "Demetra" programme interface Eurostat, version 2.2 of 2008, by using the TRAMO/SEATS Method on the monthly index series ( 2010

Seasonally adjusted indices The term seasonally adjusted indices indicate that data are adjusted for both seasonal and working-day effects. In line with the Eurostats Recommendations and the Council Regulation No 1165/98, data that are compared to those of the previous quarter (the so-called quarterly comparison according to the Eurostats terminology and practice) are presented in a seasonally adjusted form of construction works indices or its grows rates).

Kalendarski prilagoeni indeksi Pod pojmom "kalendarski prilagoeni indeksi" podrazumijeva se da su podaci prilagoeni za kalendarske dane. U skladu s Eurostatovim preporukama i Uredbom Vijea (EZ-a) br. 1165/98., podaci koji se usporeuju s podacima iz istog tromjeseca prethodne godine (tzv. godinja usporedba prema Eurostatovoj terminologiji i praksi) prezentiraju se u kalendarski prilagoenom obliku indeksa graevnih radova ili iz njih izraunanih stopa rasta.

Working-day adjusted indices The term working day adjusted indices indicate that data are adjusted only for working-day effects. In line with the Eurostats Recommendations and the Council Regulation No 1165/98, data that are compared to those of the same quarter of a previous year (the so--called annual comparison according to the Eurostats terminology and practice) are presented in a working-day adjusted form of industrial construction works indices or its grows rates.
