The Federal Government Employees’ Privileges Initiative “ Imtiyazat “ is one of the largest community-based initiatives in UAE. The Federal Authority For Government Human Resources is responsible for coordinating and signing partnerships with private sector companies and corporates. Federal government employees and their families will be having special and exceptional discounts on the prices of the goods and services they provide.Through “ Imtiyazat “, the Authority aims to support and motivate federal government employees, raise levels of satisfaction, harmony, career satisfaction and institutional loyalty, improve their productivity, help achieve the UAE vision, and the HR strategy of the federal government.
