    To conclude term 3 we are celebrating the fantastic contributions of two

    Educational Staff members, Justine Beagley and Graham Sharrock. The theme for

    this year is recognition and respect. Our wonderful ES staff will be treated to a

    special morning tea this Thursday. Justine organises our First Aid room along with

    stock, policies and professional training. Along with assisting students with

    learning, Justine oversees the Active Afterschool Program, plays saxophone in the

    band, attends the regional music camp, works in the office and assists with the

    newsletter. She is not only a great staff member but she is also an active

    community member.

    Graham is also an active community member, in particular with the school market

    and RACV Energy Breakthrough Program. Grahams main role is to assist a student

    with his learning during the year with the unique skill of peg feeding required daily.

    Exercises devised by the Occupational Therapist are implemented by Graham as

    well as running the active Afterschool Program during the week.

    Over the last couple of weeks we have been privileged to an in depth overview of

    what our ES staff brings to Tootgarook Primary School. Next term we will add to

    our ES overview with two staff who have had a major and continued impact on

    Tootgarook Primary School.

    End of Term 3 ArrangementsWhat a busy term we have had over the last ten weeks. How fortunate we are to be part ofsuch a vibrant learning community!Term 3 finishes this Friday with an early dismissal at 2:30pm from the Multi Purpose Room.

    The final assembly will get under-way at approximately 2:10pm.I hope everyone has a restful break fingers crossed for some lovely spring days!

    We look forward to seeing everyone back on Monday 6th

    October for the start of term 4.

    Compulsory HatsFrom the start of next term we will return to the wearing of a school approved hat. Our hat

    is green in colour and is designed to promote the protection of the neck and

    ears as well as the face. Compulsory hats are a School Council Policy, which

    will be strictly enforced.

    Children who dont wear an approved hat will be required to stay in a

    sheltered area during school recess times. NO BASEBALL HAT IS OR WILL BEAPPROVED. School hats with our school logo can be purchased from Beleza Uniform Shop

    in Rosebud.

    To the following people who have offered help at our market on

    Saturday 27thSeptember; Lisa Bateman, Christine Young, Aleisha Sykes,Steven Price, Maree Clow, Nikki Heylbut, Sara Jacobson, Christine Rae,

    Christopher Holliss, Sam Jupp. Grade 4/5S are rostered on however ifanyone from the school community can give an hour or so that would be much

    appreciated as it is also AFL Grand Final day thanks!

    During lunchtime on Wednesday many Students

    came into the library to enjoy a selection of

    books read by Sophie Holliss, Macayla Hahn,Anastasia Nancarrow, Emily Inglis and Sophie

    Parker Crawford.Thank you girls, you did a great

    job and you engaged your audience beautifully.

    Our Annual School Concert will be held on Friday 24thOctoberat Eastbourne Primary School Hall

    Tickets on sale now@ $7.00 each.

    Prep B Mrs. Bos Bella-Mia Magnano Bella-Mia is a motivated and interested learner who is

    engaged in all School activities. Her personal growth is a result of the effort she makes and the

    enjoyment she receives in succeeding in school. Well done!

    who frequently shares her understandings.

    others. She constantly puts in 100%, displaying a strong work ethic and always following through on

    her classroom responsibilities. I appreciate the kindness she has shown towards others throughout

    the year and the effort she has put into her learning. Keep smiling Miah, you are a wonderful

    student and a pleasure to teach.

    Niall Harbour- as voted by his peers for being a great addition to our grade.He is a kind, funny, helpful and caring friend to others. Niall concentrates well in class and

    participates fully in all activities, offering relevant and interesting opinions during discussions. Niall is

    always happy and smiling. Well deserved Niall.

    4/5SMiss Staley - Oliver Humble-As voted by his peers for being a conscientious student who

    always gives 100%. Oliver has outdone himself at Running Club recently achieving 300km. In addition

    to this he has proven he can read as fast as he can run, completing Harry Potter and the Goblet of

    Fire - all 636 pages in just over a week. Congratulations Oliver Humble, you are a superstar!

    5QMiss Quintin - Voted by his classmates for his improved efforts at school. Kasadee Johnson

    comes to school prepared and ready to learn. He is always polite and tries hard to achieve his

    absolute best. We enjoy having you in our class Kasa-Blanka, Well done!!!!!6BMrs Bruin - Jacob Kelly- As voted by his peers. You are the life and soul of our class who always
