We have a complete set of capable people, processes and tools

required to deliver cost effective solutions for the repair order &

minor modifications projects as our new bottom up approach

especially in topside upstream maintenance area and MOC

scope.

We are proficient in ensuring like to like replacement being

completed in the first time installation. The process is initiated by

laser scan surver, tie-in point (TP) survey, 3D modeling and clash

checking. Once the TP is confirmed in the P&ID drawing, we

Spools audit is conducted by Infotrax’s surveyor at fabrication

yard. The purpose of this audit is to make sure spools will be

fabricated exactly same in redline mark-up drawing issued and

fabricated within acceptable tolerance.

Ideally spools auditing is conducted when spools at fit-up stage.

At this stage, Infotrax can control the configuration/dimension of

the spools without major hot work.

Our laser scanning service can provide fast,

accurate, cost effective solution to obtaining 3D

as-built models of your facilities, in the format of

your choice. (AutoCAD, Micro Station, PDS, PDMS)

For general tank inspections, 3D scanners provide a technology to quickly capture high accuracy and high density

positional information that complements other measurements used to evaluate the conditions of tanks. The

positional information enables inspectors to not only locate areas of interest, but to also visualize the entire tank

structure. Direct measurements, such as position and size of defects, as well as more detailed analysis of tank

roundness and tilt can be quickly obtained. Loaded with a comprehensive data set, tank inspectors can be better

equipped to assess and verify changes to the tank, saving time and ensuring quality of services.

We provide 3D modelling services from cloud data to clients who

require highly accurate documentation of their facilities. Various types

of 3D models are offered to client including Primitive 3D model,

Semi-Intelligent 3D model (Semi-I) and Full-Intelligent 3D model

(Fully-I).

The translation of the as-built data which captured from the cloud

data are translate into millimetre-accurate 3D CAD model using

software such as Leica Cyclone, SmartPlant 3D (S3D), PDMS, PDS,

AutoCAD, Microstation etc. The cloud data that offered from the laser

scanning are compatible for current modelling software that available

in the market.

Similar with other inspection works, Inspection Execution team will

establish and provide final work pack to winner for evaluation in terms

of manpower detail and work duration required for the field and office

works.

The work pack input must be contained a list of piping and structural

for replacement works (sectional replacement or flange to flange

replacement marked in the drawing), original as -built drawing, P&ID,

criticality and prioritization of works.

Replacement scope of work will be referred based on but not limited

to the original as-built drawing (if provided), line sketch in the inspec-

tion report, damage (corrosion) mechanism factor related to the

piping and other requirements in the work pack.

For this scope of work, engineering team will undergo several meth-

odologies summarized as per below:

1. Tie-In Point Verification, Redline model & Clash Check

2. Redline Markup onto old / client’s isometric

3. Fabrication Drawing Production
