Jason and the
Golden Fleece
Retold by Y4SW
Ha, ha ha! I am the
king now.
Help! Get me out
of here!
I will save you my
beloved father!
I’m doing my
duty, guarding
the old king.
Come on guys,
we have got to
get the Golden
Fleece!
We will come with you
because we fear
nothing.
We’ll help you Jason.
We are valiant
heroes!
Whose idea
was this?
Never mind!
Oh no, the hideous
monsters are back again
to make my life a
misery!
Once again I get to
devour King Phineas’
delicious royal
banquet!
Heave Ho!
Off to the
next island.
I will help the king to
get rid of the harpies
by firing my deadly
arrows.
I will kill you, Jason.
Prepare to die! A skeleton warrior is no
match for me!
My army will defeat
the Argonauts.
Attack men!
We must help Jason
and his men to
safety through
these clashing cliffs.
The boat rocked dangerously through the
turbulent seas.
I’m trying to row as
fast as I can!
Fire poured
down like
burning light
and sparks shot
up like bullets.
Goodbye and good
luck, Jason. I hope
you get the Golden
Fleece.
The fleece lay shimmering as the battle roared
on.
I feel frozen with
fear. This terrifying
dragon is going to
pounce! The fleece
is mine. I’ll
fight to the
death.
Oh no! Smoke! Run
for your lives. I hope
Jason has survived.
What should we do?
We can’t leave
Jason.
Go, go!
I am so proud to finally
have the Golden Fleece.
