Hostel life is one of the most enjoyable times of one's life and this is no exception as far as JCH is concerned. Every hostel in the institute gives each individual ample opportunity to develop many qualities. It's easy to make friends here. The comfortable atmosphere, the air of geniality and joviality makes everyone feels at HOME. After the initial homesickness, it actually does feel like a home in the later stages.

You will learn to live with others, to share your moments of happiness and adversities and to co-operate. Needless to say, its going to be whirlwind fun time for you. Welcome to the life that is going to be yours very soon. Live it and love it. Do not be fooled by the weathering paints, these hostels actually boast of many amenities.

Hostel life revolves basically around discipline, duty and devotion. Where these three are concerned much is expected from students. A very high standard of discipline is demanded. Infringement of discipline would be viewed gravely by the hostel authorities; students must therefore ensure that there is absolutely no lapse on their part on this count. Your hostel life will be full of inter hostel events. Hostel life will be one thing you will always miss once you pass out, so try to live to the best and enjoy it to the fullest.

SECURITY

Teenagers, by nature, are a little negligent, a bit careless and very casual about their belongings, which makes them lose their possessions most of the time. Students are requested to keep their rooms locked and hand over the keys only to the respective wardens.

Our wardens are vigilant at all times and keep a hawk's eye on proceedings which ensures that nothing untoward occurs.

Visitors are required to give their respective details and are restricted to sitting rooms. Security guards are posted round the clock to safeguard our students.

FOOD

Food is the most important thing in an

individual's day-to-day routine. A healthy diet

not only keeps the human body physically fit,

but also improves his / her mental fitness.

JCH believes in providing the most hygienic

and healthy food which is prepared to satisfy

every taste bud. The kitchen staff works from 5

AM to 11 PM giving the culinary best to provide

good healthy food to the inmates.

JCH has a busy schedule for its students when

it comes to food. The food is served unlimited

and we serve breakfast, lunch, sancks and

dinner.

College Transportation

Pick-Up & Drop

We have a well knit network of buses to take

care of the everyday to & fro traveling between

the college and hostel. Everyday college

transportation for our hostel students is a

complimentary service.

In case of emergency, travelling to native places

et al, JCH ensures the safety of students and

provides them the facility of Pick-Up and Drop

(Prior registration is required).

MEDICAL

Due to change in climate, change of place, change in food, change in living conditions et al, students are prone to sickness. Thus, we have 24x7 medical services.

JCH has tie-ups with Sri Bhagawan Mahaveer Jain Hospital and renowned physicians and surgeons. We recommend presence of local guardian or parents, in case of serious illness.

To enhance the service, JCH is taking a first of its kind initiative and has planned for a compulsory group medical insurance for our

Accordingly to our in-house research, an average student spends more than ¾ time of the day in the hostel without doing

constructive work which makes him incompetent. However, there are many activities available in the outside world where a

student can realize his true potential.

The objective of this study was to find out how our management can keep students busy and involved in various activities, we

can make them versatile enough to survive in today's competitive environment.

You must cultivate your hobby into a full time passion. If you are excellent in one activity then you have what it take to be

successful in your life. For your benefit JCH has listed few of the hobbies. More can be added depending upon your area of

interest.

From early morning till late in the night everything you do is a business opportunity. All you have to do is to wait for a right

time to encash it, but, the problem with every opportunity is that there is no right time. You have to make it happen.

Certainly, I had a lovely and comfortable stay at JCH. The congenial atmosphere over here

is suitable for us to concentrate on studies. The multi-cultural environment of the hostel

has provided me an opportunity to learn about different cultures. Furthermore, the

services at the hostel are very good. Last but not least, I wish JCH success in their future

A beautiful hostel with all the facilities with a lovely homely environment... Lots of

recreational activities, parental affection and what not....

Clean and full of color, JCH is the kind of place you fall in love with. The staff was genuinely

nice, the location was great, and if you think it can't get any better just wait for the activities

they conduct.

High on spirits, ASP is best known for its enthusiastic inmates. More... Be it excelling in

sports, outranking others in cultural activities or shining bright at institute festivals. And

these plethoras of accomplishments does not make it stop. ASP is out for a kill and even

sky is not the limit!!!

How disciplined are our students at the hostel?We have fixed in and out t iming for Weekdays & Weekends. Prior consent has to be taken for the late night coming & night out. We believe in anti ragging and strict action is taken on the same.

How safe is the student in the hostel?For the safety of our students we have 24 hours resident wardens along with round the clock security guard at the door step. We also have the night supervisor patrolling throughout the night and there is a regular patrolling by the area police.

What action is taken when the student is sick?We have 24 hours attendant facility and tie up with the best of hospitals in Bangalore. We get medi-claim insurance facility to each student in order to cover the medical expenses, if the student is hospitalized. This is however subject to the policies of the Insurance Company. Airport & Railway station.

What kind of food is served in the hostel?We serve hygienic & nutritious Pure Vegetarian North Indian Food as majority of our students are from North India. Caring for the diet of our students we provide breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner along with complementary fruits, milk and f rui t jui c e p e r i o d i c a l l y. Depending upon the college timings lunch is served within the college premises. On Sunday's we don't serve snacks and dinner.

Is the hostel fee to be paid in installment/monthly or at one slab?For the convenience of the parents we allow the payment of the hostel fees in 3 installments. If it is not paid within the given time frame, late payment charges have to be paid. Hostel facility is provided for a minimum period of one academic year. No request for the refund will be entertained during the first academic year. Hostel Fees can also be Paid through ECS.
