appropriate personnel’s box by the end of the work day Assure that dispatch paperwork references a site contact name and number, directions to project site,
dirt pits, etc. Responsible for assuring that directions to project sites are located in CMELMS/electronic project files
Schedule all field personnel for the required safety training, drug testing, badge requests, and
certifications Responsible to work with the project managers in order to assure that each technician has the
appropriate approvals to enter the various facilities where we have projects Responsible for assuring that all paperwork has been turned in from the previous workday by 8am the
next day Assist the field personnel when needed with technical problems or other performance issues Generate all concrete and grout reports daily Assure technician room/area is clean and stocked with appropriate supplies (pens, paper clips, blank
report templates, etc.) Maintain “Technician Training” spreadsheet Create and maintain field personnel files (H&S) Maintain and order cylinder molds/lids
