The app is free! Your school administrators are leaders in education-wellness technology who

really believe in supporting the health and well-being of your children. We’re partnered together

to provide this service to your entire school community for free.

Atlas is a guided wellness journal. We offer short podcasts that alleviate student stress,

strengthen academic habits, navigate relationships, and improve sleep / life hygiene in

general. We introduce students to concepts and strategies from Evidence-Based Therapies and

Executive + Performance Coaching. We are not a treatment for depression or anxiety. We are a

stress management journal for all students. We’re like life hygiene, social emotional learning

and school tutoring on steroids.

We take data privacy and security seriously. All of our user data is encrypted. We refuse to access,

share, sell, advertise any user information to any third party.

Search and download “Atlas Co” in the App Store. We are available for both IOS and Android

phones. We do not have a web/desktop version of the app.

Absolutely! Every single one of us stresses out about school/work, relationships with friends and

family, and thoughts about our future. Some parents are our most active users!

The podcasts are currently only available in English. However, content in Spanish and

Mandarin are in development, coming soon!
