monitoring of all providers of Home and Community Based Waiver (HCBS) Children’s Mental Health Services within
Seneca County, including review of utilization and outcome data and regular meetings with all HCBS Children’s
providers; monitoring all providers of Children’s Mental Health Services within the County; administering and managing
a single point of accountability (SPOA) program, whose mission is to ensure service coordination of mental health
services to high-risk children and families. The incumbent directs and facilitates the SPOA committee meetings to ensure
a unified approach and case management planning, SPOA, which consists of various county departments / community
agencies, cooperatively and collaboratively, works to develop a comprehensive service delivery. The Children’s Services

Public Health Educator: This is the first level of professional Public Health Education work. Assignments are normally
limited to those tasks which do not require advanced training or experience but require the application of the principals of

position also assists with the PMQI (Performance Management Quality Improvement) program within the Public Health
Department. The work is performed under the direct supervision of either a Senior Public Health Educator or the

technical experience and/or military technical training. Training and or experience in electrical and electronic fault
isolation to include PLC troubleshooting and minor programming. A working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and
PowerPoint. Initiative/motivation and communication skill required. Working Conditions: The performance of this
position normally requires exposure to typical manufacturing areas where under certain conditions the use of personal
