The wallee was developed by a small group of fanatics, all of whom flew to New York City and lined up to be among the first to purchase the ‘magical’ iPad. Yes, we’re that kind of crazy. iPad’s in hand, we jetted back to Australia, and very soon realized that we had uncontrollable urges to hang our iPad’s everywhere; next to our phones for quick message taking and calendar checking, on our kitchen back-splash to follow recipes on epicurious, at the foot of our bath for relaxing movie watching, in our offices as an extension of our work space, on our hallway walls to display pictures of family and friends, in the back seat of our car to keep the kids entertained, and the list goes on and on and on.

As it turns out, we were not alone when it came to our desire to use the Ipad in an infinate myriad of ways, places and spaces. The Wallee launched to critical acclaim, loved by all, enjoyed by the design loving Apple family and quickly turned into a platform for creativity. Since launching in July 2010 we’ve had thousands of emails from loving customers keen to show off their ‘Wallee hack’, and we’ve been in awe of the creative things people the world over have done with our wall mount system.

We’ve now taken that a step further, designing a complete range of accessories all built around our elegantly simple locking mechanism. We’ve maintained our dedication to great design that functions brilliantly, enabling you to use your Ipad comfortably in any of the thousands of ways you desire.

Ipad 1 Case

When not docked to one of our sleek modular accessories, The Wallee does double-duty acting as a durable protective case for your iPad. Precision molded, all physical buttons are left easily accessible, and integrated thumb tabs mean your iPad can be removed from the case quickly and easily. The Wallee’s patented ‘locking X’ mechanism means your iPad confidently mounts to any of our accessories, from Wall, to desk to bag to cafe. A simple turn and click and your iPad is locked into position; another turn and click and it is released together with its protective shell.

Wall Mount Disk

Designed to be beautiful in their own right, with or without the iPad docked. Combining an elegant profile with sturdy construction, our clever wall mount disks let you mount your iPad effortlessly to any surface. A quick turn and click and the iPad is mounted, another spin and it swings between portrait and landscape orientation without the need to remove and re-mount the iPad. Simply google ‘VESA mounts’ and you’ve got an entire world of options that extend what you can do with, and where you can mount your Wallee. Includes support for both VESA 75 and 100 formats.

Hand Strap

The iPad was made to be used on the go, but let’s be honest, holding it on the edge just doesn’t cut it. it leads to hand fatigue and that’s not going to get the job done. The Wallee is built around a centrally located lock and is naturally balanced. That means our hand strap lets you hold the iPad comfortably, all day, and allows for simple movement between landscape and portrait to handle any task.
