Title : Low level optical detection using lock-in-amplifier techniqueSoftware : LabVIEW 7.1Organization: Indian Institute of Science (thin film technology), Bangalore.Description: This project solves problem related to thin film technology by applying the principles of electronics. The Project deals with extraction of low-level optical signal independent of signal strength and noise thereby measuring the thickness of the film accurately. It uses NI Data Acquisition cards to monitor film thickness. MODBUS Protocol has been used to communicate with the Thin Film Chamber and Power Supply.
