Kasenga City Development Co. Ltd. (KCD) located at Kipunguni B, along Kasenga Road in Ilala Municipal, Dar es Salaam City wish to immediately fill the following vacant posts:

1. DRIVER – (4 Posts)

Education Qualifications, Skills and Experiences: Form IV and above

A valid driving licence Class “C”, certificate from VETA or NIT Institutions.

Ability to work effectively with transport sector within and outside the country.

Extensive knowledge in transport sector, safety maintenance and repair of vehicles.

Sound mental and physical health. Competent user of different kinds of vehicles

in market Honest, obedient, ready to work long hours

under pressure and attentive to details. No history of traffic accidents(Essential) At least 2 yrs. Appropriate work experience Proven ability to use different means of

transportation Applicants must be between 28–45 years old Excellent knowledge of written and spoken

English and Kiswahili

2. OFFICE ATTENDANT – (2 Posts)

Education Qualifications, Skills and Experiences: At least Primary Education and above Knowledge to read and write Ability to work under pressure and attentive

to details Applicants with enough experience shall be

given priority Applicants should be proven honest,

obedient and good attitude toward work at all times.

Extensive knowledge of written and spoken English shall be an added advantage.

3. PERSONAL SECRETARY:

Education Qualifications, Skills and Experiences: - Form IV and above

Competent user of Microsoft Office applications (Work, Excel, Outlook, Power Point and the Internet)

Excellent communication, networking and interpersonal skills

Ability to maintain effective partnerships and working relations.

Decent and well-disciplined candidates, interested to work under minimum supervision.

At least 2 yrs appropriate work experience Languages: excellent knowledge of written

and spoken English and Kiswahili

4. IT-SYSTEM ANALYST:

Education Qualification, Skills and Work Experiences:

Form IV and above Graduate in IT, Computer Engineering from

recognized College Competent user of Computer programs like

Microsoft Office Application (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Power Point and Internet)

Passionate, service oriented, hardworking who strive for excellence and will form part of our project term.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with people at all levels.

Working experience of at least 2 years in related field and position

Should be able to work under minimum supervision and able to mentor others.

5. TRANSPORT OFFICER (1 Post)

Education Qualifications, Skills and Experiences: Education: Form IV and above Ability to work effectively with transport

sector within and outside the country. Extensive knowledge in transport sector,

maintenance and repair of vehicles. Sound mental and physical health Self-motivated with integrity, assertiveness

and able to mentor others Computer literate (Word, Excel, Internet,

6. ACCOUNTANT (1 Post)

Education Qualifications, Skills and Experiences: Holder of a Bachelors Degree or Advanced

Diploma in Accountancy The appropriate candidate sought for this

position must have enough experience in Internal Audit, Accounting, Auditing, Business Management and Finance

Advanced excel skills are imperative for this position

The applicants should be someone that portray a positive and assertive attitude, keenness and should be a self starter.

Must be someone with ability to set and attain high performance standard whilst under pressure.

Testing of internal controls in line with the company’s objectives.

Working experience of at least 2 yrs. In related field and position

Age limits between 18-35 yrs. Excellent knowledge of written and spoken

both English and Kiswahili is added advantage.

7. DIRECTOR (1 Post)

Academic Qualifications, Skills and Work Experiences

Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Social Sciences or its equivalent from a reputable institutions

Strong background on programming and projects management

With strong leadership and interpersonal skills and group dynamic management skills

Working experiences should include at least 3 years progressive work at key positions (in

Management) in stretching modern working environment preferably in NGO

Experience in managing projects A mature person – aged 40-50 yrs (male

candidates are highly encouraged to apply) A stable social and emotional family

situation candidate. Well conversant with computer packages

8. HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER – (1 POST)

Academic Qualifications, Skills and Work Experiences:

University Graduate (Related Degree preferred Human Resources or its equivalent)

The Human Resource Manager/Director will be in charge of overseeing key Human Resources Process and Systems

Responsible for managing, growing and developing Human Resources team to meet current and future HR needs.

Create and improve integral Human Resources policies, processes and systems with a heavy focus on ensuring quality and fairness.

Manage a quickly growing HR team. Run monthly payroll to a quickly growing

Company team of employees including loan processes.

A candidate must be a people person-works excellently with others.

Computer literacy A mature person (male or female) aged 30-

50 yrs.

9. LOAN OFFICES:

Academic Qualifications, Skills and Work Experience:

CSEE and above and Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration specialized in loans and credits

Good knowledge and experience on Credits Computer basic skills At least 2 years working experiences

preferably in this field.

Basic knowledge on public education on credits and loans and able to mentor people in this area.

Prospective candidate must be between 25-40 years old.

Proven excellent knowledge of written and spoken English and Kiswahili languages.

10. GYMNASTIC INSTRUCTOR:

Academic Qualifications Skills and Experiences CSEE and above and acquired special

training in related fields Sound mental and physical health and

ability to offer First Aid. Self motivated with integrity, assertiveness

and ability to work under minimum supervision and able to mentor others

A candidate must be honest, obedient, ready to work long hours under pressure and attentive to details.

Excellent knowledge of written and spoken both English and Kiswahili language is an additional qualification

Age limits between 25-40 yrs.

11. SALESMAN:

Academic Qualifications, Skills and Experience CSEE and above with Business oriented field.
