Looking back at my earlier years as a

‘spiritual’ adventurer it often felt as

though that marker of 2012—being

the widely acknowledged point of

entering a new era—would never

come. It was such a far away goal

which encompassed such monumen-

tal expectations, and it always seemed to hover in the distance.

Yet here we are in 2015 and a whole TWO YEARS have passed since

we first crossed that marker! It seems so long ago because our per-

ception of time is changing, we are releasing duality and we are ac-

cessing and integrating more and more NEW energies.

We don’t always recognise this at a day-to-day level. It is easy to get

caught up in mundane activities and not stop to consider what is

really going on below the surface.

There are days when you will feel very tired and can’t figure out why,

days when your body will ache and groan when you haven’t even

been to the gym, days when you will doubt yourself and wonder if

your spiritual journey is worth it, and days when you will feel over-

whelmed by everything taking place around you.

This is completely normal for those who are awakening and ascend-

ing as you are—you wouldn’t be reading this if you weren’t—and

from time to time we need a little reminder of the significance of

what we are doing.

You, dear human, are going through the recalibration of your entire

body; the release of your old energy biology and the integration of

your new light body.

Consider the enormity of this for a moment. You are not just a hu-

man trudging through daily life, you are a spiritual being in human

form crossing over into an entirely new paradigm while remaining in

human form. And the completely awesome thing about this is that

it’s never been done in this way before. We are pioneers in this ven-

ture. Even the angels, who see many po-

tentials for us, cannot say for certain

what this means for humanity’s future

because we are walking it step by step,

creating as we go. So it is no wonder that

you may feel overwhelmed, unexplained

anxiety or pesky aches and pains at

times.

In alignment with our personal transfor-

mations there are global shifts taking

place that we feel as well. The earth itself

continues to release old energies and

integrate new energies, and we see evi-

dence of this through natural and man-

made occurrences. They may be called

‘disasters’ when viewed through the lim-

ited perspective of mass consciousness

but the conscious human being under-

stands that it is all simply energy coming

back into balance.

At a subtle level we feel these global en-

ergies, we feel the energies of the mass

consciousness of humanity and it can be

easy to take this all on, to get involved

with all the drama, to think you have to

save everyone else. Dear awakening hu-

man, remind yourself of one thing—

these energies are not yours. You don’t

have to save anyone, fix anyone, carry

these burdens for others. You’re respon-

sibility is to yourself only.

Selfish? No, sovereign.

You can’t help others by jumping into

the muck with them. You can do more

by simply shining your light and giving

others the opportunity to do what you

are doing—saving yourself. It’s far more

empowering.

So, as you walk this path of the awaken-

ing human, I offer some guidance.

Firstly, stop forcing and pushing energy,

stop struggling and trying to make things

happen. Sit quietly, breathe deeply, and

allow energy to serve you.

Secondly, remember that you are so

much more than you think you are and

you have massive changes taking place

in your DNA, so let go of the self-doubt,

let go of the worries and fears, and start

to own your magnificence.

And lastly, stop taking on energies that

don’t belong to you. Letting them go will

set you free.

The energy of the Four of Cups in its upright posi-

tion is all about withdrawal, apathy and being self-

absorbed. Sometimes we need these fallow times

to allow our creative energies to replenish and our

bodies time to rejuvenate, but remaining in this

state too long can cause stagnation.

In its reversed state this card suggests that if you

have experienced this recently such a time is over.

You have the opportunity to break out of any stuck-
