The Pubs & Clubs Team
In addition to our wide coverage across other sectors, Knight Frank Valuations provides a national coverage of pub and gaming hotel valuation services. Our experienced Pubs and Clubs team has the requisite expertise to provide valuation consultancy across all usual disciplines, including for mortgage reliance, financial reporting, statutory assessments, compensation, development feasibility, expert witness, and rental determinations.
We provide valuation advice and consultancy to financial institutions, statutory bodies, the courts, private investors and single venue operators, through to major portfolio operators and institutional investors.
Knight Frank Valuations not only focuses on building and maintaining long term relationships with clients, but will ensure confidentiality of information and manage conflicts appropriately.
