Borges & CapBorges is designed to offer working solutions “off the grid” and far removed from a rigid office standard. Instead of a deeper worksurface module, a shelf takes the center stage as the main lifeline and axis of this system. From this central axis stem elements that create standard depth worksurfaces, meeting tables, privacy zones and much more.
Add-on elements used with this open desking solution are easily shifted and moved along the central axis without the use of tools. They slide freely along extruded aluminum rails embedded in the connection channel that extends along the central lifeline.

Designers are able to play with the elements of the system to create the configurations and scale needed in an endless variety of options unique to the habitat that surrounds the shelf axis.
Unique layouts can be composed for each project and place. Never replicated in a tiring repeat pattern, each specific scheme is authentically composed out of the behaviors and attitudes in the open work environment.

A theme in the quest for a creative place. By cutting out big holes, one can create voids in the open plan which seem impossible in the over-clogged layouts of our present time. Creating voids for areas of non-work places, we are faced with the archaic settlement of a communal place...
Therefore, all the vertical surfaces support the horizontal ones and vice versa. Thus, all the shelves, desktops, seating, etc. are supported without the use of any leg supports. This provides great freedom practically, in use, and visually lightening the design. All horizontal surfaces float freely, cantilivered off the main frame, without the disruption of vertical supports.
Each structure is constructed in several steps working in tandem with the architect and the customer. The first step is to define the floor diameter, the second to choose the height and top diameter, each step constructing a void using volume.
Oblivion is conceived as a very basic geometry, the conical shape provides many structural advantages, apart from an aesthetic statement. All the vertical posts and brackets that are holding the horizontal surfaces, angle toward the central point of the structure.

Finally, the decisions for the inner construction and functions are made. This concerns the planning of the shelves, desks, cabinets, seats etc, depending on the desired performance that this void is dedicated to.
The next decision involves the electrical and electronic equipment. Wire management is easily conducted horizontally and vertically through the extruded aluminum beams. Following this, lighting solutions are planned as LED strips mounted on the vertical beam, where necessary.
Finally, the outer surface cover is installed. A range of colors are available in our wide selection of graded-in fabric selections. Uniquely specified COM can be chosen from a wide range of approved fabrics.

The main element is the single box (or tube) as the building block. The designer can develop, with the customer, their desired compositions as the system is designed to accommodate regular and ordered compositions as well as “chaotic stacking” to realize abstract installations.
The way the compositions are used, brings a unique character to the product for each set up, where life begins in the voids among the volumes, books, magazines, flowers, lamps, ceramic or glassware, etc…
Tube is designed as a fresh solution for storing documents and objects in the new work habitat. Replacing the rhythmically replicated typical file cabinet with doors, the design brings a new approach in layout options and the use of alternative volumes and spaces that are created while composing its elements.
The compositions presented with the abstract stacking of these “tubes” provides a rich variety of utilities. While the cabinets serve as storage units, the empty spaces created between present exciting alternative areas of use, for storage or display.

Invisible pullsThe pull design is integrated into the structure of the tube. A gap
between two adjacent panel surfaces creates a streamlined
visual effect and place to grasp the opening element.

Each single box is designed resembling a tube, as the surrounding surface panels are extruded out of the two sides. The handle is concealed in a cut-through opening detail; this cut line is either above or below the cabinet depending on the direction of the door opening.
The dark side of the boxThe sides of the boxes always come in darker colours, to elude the volumetric feeling and create the impression of stacking tubes.
Open areas created to displayThe boxes are for storing all necessary documents and stationary etc. The open areas created by randomly stacking the boxes are alternative spaces both for display and storage.
According to their positioned height and function, the cabinet modules have door options for; opening up, folding down or pull-out drawers. With its refined outlines and detailing, the box has more of a sculptural effect than that of furniture with doors or handles.
Composed with the principles of ‘open work’ in mind, no two project installations of Tube will look the same, even using the same elements.

Surfaces vertical and horizontal, all in different angles and directions, a chaotic order that has its own aesthetic language, this is Vis, a very light cabinet which is not constructed as a volume, but rather as horizontal and vertical planes. The “openness” in this work is devised in the details of its construction.

The back panelThe back panels stabilize the system
while providing an aesthetic impact by creating a visual barrier. Recruit these
structual supports to add a sensory effect by choosing to finish them
in vibrant colors.

Vis can be used as storage, display and moreover as a partitioning element between neighboring zones that can accomodate different uses. The richness carries on with the selection of colors for the vertical beams, these can create another level of dynamism. The disorderly placement of the vertical beams can be specified in different colors or done in monochromatic tones of gray, dark gray, beige or white.
All shelves are connected to each other through a chord that runs inside the vertical beams. The beams are elliptical in shape and the ability to rotate them allows the user to impact the final look. During installation the direction of each column section can be set by the one viewing the piece.
One can enjoy a series of interrelations inside the context of the structural system, where the beams all end up pointing at different directions, thus creating unique dynamics in each installation of this product.
A presence through chaotic columns
Thanks to the discreet construction of the vertical axis, these singular vertical pieces
can be rotated at will and be left facing different directions, allowing the final visual
impact of each composition to be unpredictable and open to interpretation
every time.
Shelves & panelsThe shelves and back panels are constructed from 14 mm thick MDF and available in myriad color combinations. Shelves and the back panel are secured with discreet metal inserts providing further stability and strength.

Halia is a new chair typology which is very refined in its form, resembling a flower in its simplest shape. The idea is to create a tranquil work environment with soft looking chair forms, as they are the most repeated objects in the work place.

The high-back executive office chair is also available with extra-soft arm pads, on a five-star base, with gas lift and tilt mechanism.
Guest chairs come with a sled base, on a polished chrome base of four legs and on four legs in varying wood finishes.
The lounge chair version comes in medium and high-back on a four-star based and can be specified with a curved headrest
The Ottoman comes with a four-star base that matches the lounge chair and is available in the all the same upholstery options.
Halia family comes in many sizes for different occasions in the work habitat;
Low armchair with higher depth and width comes with sled base, wooden legs and disc base
Low-back office chair comes with a five-star base, gas lift and tilt mechanism
Medium-back office chair comes with a five-star base, gas lift and tilt mechanism

In order to add to the simplicity of the design, the body is a single piece that is connected to a mechanism which provides a tilt action that can be locked in three positions with angled increments. These mechanisms are also height adjustable, as standard.
Specially designed wheels for the star base have a hollow center, maintaining a light visual impact. Casters are available for hard and soft floor surfaces.
Halia’s design direction is purposefully and directly in contrast and opposite to the popular chair designs that embody a mechanical spirit. The Halia chair family is designed in natural forms and radiates a spirit embodied in tranquility and humanity.
To maintain the crispness of the soft forms, Halia chairs are produced using injected polyurethane foam.
Chrome leg frames Halia chairs are available with several base options from four- and five-star
bases, sled bases, leg frames (shown above), four legs in metal or wood, on
glides and casters, each base option is adapted to the shell it supports and
provides maximum comfort and endless variety among one family of chairs.
Back heightsThe extensive Halia collection is available as a guest chair, lounge chair, side chair, office chair, conference chair for use in unlimited spaces. Every model is available in a variety of back heights.
CastersSpecially designed casters can be
specified for hard or soft floors.
Higher back supportFor those who need it, the medium
back version is available with an extra-soft armrest, headrest options and a higher back executive version is also available among the standard

Ikaros combines work with pleasure and relaxation, with the sofa doubling as a writing tablet and a table at the same time. All horizontal surfaces can be used to serve the needs of any user.
The extension wing in the rear is at table height, where it can be used as a worktop while seated on a chair. This feature allows the seating unit to be used simultaneously from inside and outside, providing users with a collaborative space for more casual work.
This design can be placed in the middle of any work zone or in communal areas to bring people together for chance or formal encounters; to ehance the cross-fertilization of ideas and discussions in any work area.
Ikaros is a sofa designed as an alternative to a desk and serves the needs of any work environment.

The overall design language strikes a fundamental tone by simplifying all expressions, concealing all details, and serving all contemporary needs without displaying the complexity of a configuration.
It helps to create a calm atmosphere and natural aura; the touch of naturally treated wood surfaces introducing tactile elements into daily work - a quest for silent joy.
Partita is a new and boutique approach for the new work habitat. The wooden X-framed legs present a solid and architectonic language with a high standard. This new offering brings the idea of ‘high touch’ to the office as opposed to ‘high tech’ presented by the steel-framed furniture of the past decade.

The bench moduleThis module can be used as an
executive desk or a meeting table.
Due to the shrinking size of screens on any desktop today, the need to re-evaluate the proportions of the work top in relation to the activity that takes place is becoming even more crucial.
In a more collaborative work culture, it is critical that any table surface is planned and located to be used for working and/or meeting at the same time. Both producers and consumers are now enriching their overall product portfolios by feeding them with new plug-ins and add-ons. This shift from product to process allows a designed piece like Partita to be adapted over time according to personal needs and tastes.
A specially designed steel under-frame connecting the legs to the table top is a functional solution that acts as a track for all IT links above or below the table. It also doubles as a cable management tray and has a large capacity. All connections are easily achieved by centralizing the beam that can be installed easily by any service team. This allows a unique modularity as well as versatility, multiplicity, and easy customization of the desk system for corporate brands.
The desk attachment possibilities are; a) Modesty / privacy panel under the desk, b) CPU holder, c) Selection of vertebrae for vertical cable traffic d) Design of the cable channel for horizontal cable traffic e) Waste paper box. Above the desk attachment possibilities are; a) Mini-screen in a special felt upholstery fabric, b) A tray or a small box above the desk for personal objects (wallet, mobile, cosmetics, medicines, stationery, plants etc.), c) Personalized light fittings; task lamps, d) Screen holder attachments, or e) Signs, graphics.
Another important design decision is the organization of layout possibilities. The richness of the available configurations due to the geometrics of the desks is what gives a novel character to the program and this helps to create new possibilities in space planning.

Dilim sofa can satisfy different demands with the different sizes and options it offers. The back-to-back version, for example, might be used in offices or various waiting areas, or matched in with other furniture systems.
The high-back version can be used to create a cellular environment for meetings and working or for reading and resting within common areas.
The upholstered surface of the high back sofa assists to isolate noise which might otherwise be a critical problem in open office layouts.
Dilim is a modular sofa or single chair designed for offices, bars, hotels and waiting areas, and is offered in a way that allows designers to explore the endless possibilities inherent in combining fabrics.

We imagined people, that are individual, flexible and liberal, who are more interested in a chair, that becomes a lifelong friend, than in a purely imposing piece of furniture.
The basic idea for this new chair platform is best presented in the designer’s own words;
“Human’s environment mirrors their personality, and people with character need equivalent furniture. The design of Tola chair started with thinking about the people who would sit in.

Rarum boasts of an unusual solution for storage and display requirements and may either be used in front of a wall or act as a warm partition, heightening the area’s depth.
Large drawers and racks emerge when Rarum’s closed boxes are opened. Spaces between the boxes create an additional display area that enriches the atmosphere of any environment. Offering modular flexibility and easily adapting to its environment, Rarum adds as much aesthetic value as it does storage capacity.
