    3Welcome Address from the President

    Won ParkPresident

    Korean College of Rheumatology

    Dear Friends and Colleagues,

On behalf of the Korean College of Rheumatology (KCR), I am pleased to invite you to the 39th KCR Annual Scientific Meeting and the 13th International Symposium to be held at the Seoul Dragon City, Seoul, Korea from May 16 to 18, 2019.

I appreciate the chair of the scientific committee for the arrangement of the instructive programs. In the meeting, the world’s leading scholars and foreign guest speakers will present exciting lectures on various topics along with internationally renowned domestic speakers. Also, the KCR offers many opportunities to those who want to deliver their research at the meeting through oral presentations and poster presentations.

I am confident that the symposium will be highly rewarding for every participant and will contribute to the development of the field of ‘Rheumatology’ in Asia. The committee hopes all participants will enjoy the meeting through exchanging knowledge with global experts.

I truly hope your continued cooperation and active participation for the forthcoming event and I look forward to welcoming you to Seoul in May 2019.
