HARRELL and JEANIE NOBLE Missionary and Field Director of HBM
PRAISES
-We praise the Lord that we have so much to
share with you.
-God is blessing the ministries in the
Philippines with souls saved and the many
different pastors we work with report
increases in the membership plus several
baptisms.
-One of our young preacher boy, Renie Jun Barrentes, has
started another church up in the mountains. This will make his
3rd church he has established and is now pastoring all 3 at the
same time!
-In total we are now helping 10 national pastors in the Philippines! God is so good! The work in
Vietnam is progressing also and the churches are growing in spite of the continued harassment
and persecution they face for preaching the Gospel. We receive reports from our pastor there of
being thrown in jail for baptizing new converts but he calls it a light affliction to serve our Lord!
Oh that I could have that same heart and burning desire to see souls saved as they do in Vietnam.
-We are also beyond blessed in that we sold our house and were able to buy an RV to live in! it’s
more than we ever expected God to do for us and we praise HIM for his supply and care for us as
we start on the last chapters of our service for HIM! It is so nice being able to sleep in the same
bed every night and to know exactly where your wife has put your socks!
PRAYER REQUESTS
-God would give us souls this year. Our heart is burdened for the churches and the lack of a real
revival. We are praying that God will give me power as I preach that HIS Word would touch the
hearts of the lost and fire up the saved.
-Pray that God will send in sponsors for the Pearl’s Of Grace Girls home. Everything is ready for
the home to be occupied but we are being held back by government paperwork. It has been over a
year that we started on the papers. We’re close (that’s what they keep saying!) to opening but not
there yet!
-For our health that we will be able to continue to serve, travel, drive and minister wherever God
puts us.

-Joshua is doing well in his college studies here
-My health has been stable.
PRAYER REQUESTS

scans, but yesterday the baby was given a clean bill of health. She is 20 weeks ... lots of prayer
has been going on there.
CARMELLO and SHANNON MARTINEZ BRAZIL
PRAISES -What a year! God always shows Himself faithful. We spent time on the field building the church, and training our leadership. God is so good to have provided all that was needed as we built by faith. -We are now in the States on furlough to report of the work and to raise new support. We were able to leave the work with the nationals that we trained and they are doing an amazing job during our absence. We are set to go back Lord willing, in August .
PRAYER REQUESTS
-We ask for needed prayers as we raise funds to return and funds for a 4x4 vehicle to work in the tribes. Last year it rained 7 months straight. There was no way to go into the tribes. This is a great need. We have been blessed with already two of our supporting churches who have a agreed to help raise money for a down payment. -Pray that we would be able to schedule appointments with churches while here. It seems to be harder with each passing year to get into churches, for the emphasis of many churches is no longer missions… If you would like for us to report of our work or have a church that can be recommended to us, please let us know. - Pray for Brazil. They just inaugurated a new president. We pray that the Lord would allow us to continue to have open doors in Brazil, but the country is changing so much. The government is still in unrest and not sure how the new government will work. =Also please pray for funds to rebuild one of the walls that protect our land and the church. During the last storms, it tore down the garage and part of the outside wall. We are not there to repair it and will need to hire someone to fix it. It is very dangerous to have a way for people to come in and steal. -Pray for the new families that have been coming to the services and have started one on one bible studies in their homes. It is exciting to see the people working and continuing on in the things we have taught! **At times you wonder if the work is in vain, and it can be discouraging… But everytime a soul is saved, and changed you know Gods hand is always working! He is good and faithful. We just received word of a young lady from our previous work in Sao Paulo. She contacted us to say thankyou. A few months ago my wife was contacted with the news that she had tried to commit suicide, and was put in a hospital for 30 days. During this time my wife was able to council with her and her family. We had wondered if all the teaching and investing our lifes with her in the past was of any effect. But praise the Lord when she contacted us recently she shared with us that she was so thankful for all she had learned thru the years, and all the teaching. And that she recommitted her life to Christ and was getting married to a preachers son and serving the Lord! Yes its worth every trial, every tear and all the work investing in lifes! We are looking forward to all the Lord has for us this year.
