    1.1 nh ngha dch v

    Dch v l mt qu trnh bao gm mt lot cc hot ng t hay nhiu l v hnh, m cchot ng ny thng xy ra trong qu trnh giao dch gia khch hng v ngi cung

    3. Ri ro nhn thy:

    b) Ri ro v chc nng:C ngha l ri ro v mt thc hin. iu ny dn n nghi vn liu dch v c c cungng nh ha v/ hoc nh mong i hay khng. V d: Khch hng c th t hiLiu bo him ti mua c bao gm ht chi ph b mt khng? hoc Liu ngi bn hoac giao loi hoa ng nh ti t hng hay khng?

    c) Ri ro v vt cht: l nhng h hng c th xy ra hoc nhng iu c hi xy ra vi khch hng hoc tisn ca h. V d: Khch hng c th t hi Liu hnh l ca ti c n im cui anton khng? hoc Liu ti c an ton khi hc bi hay khng?

    Tin trnh m phm cc cam kt hoc cc tha thun mc cht lng c th khc nhau.Tuy nhin, chung qui chng thng bao gm cc im sau:

    - m phn (Negotiation): m bo vic cung ng dch vc ti u, mikha cnh ca bn tha thun cht lng (bao gm c trch nhim thc hin ca

Qu trnh m phnv tha thun cn c xem l chi tt truyn thng gio dc c hai bn vcc nhu cu, cc mong i, cc vic u tin lm trc v cc trngi. Lm ttiu ny s gip cho c khch hng ln nh cung cp dch v c y thng tinv thng minh hn.

    - Lng ha chun mc dch v (Quantifying service levels): Bn tha thun slng ha kt qu v mc cht lng u ra ca dch v cung ng thng qua ccch s thc hin (Key Performance Indicator KPI). Lng ha chun mc dchv bao gm xc nh cc yu cu ca khch hng nhm thit lp cc li ch vminh chng v chi phcc mc dch v khc nhau.     3.1.3 Phng php marketing mi quan h

    Marketing mi quan h c bn phng php thc hin: l gi th trc tip (directmail), marketing trc tip (direct marketing), marketing d liu (data marketing) v quntr mi quan h khch hng (customer relationship management).     4.4.1 Quan h vi Trung tm TT phn hi VNA

    tnh tch cc, ng vin i vi cc hot ng sn xut kinh doanh, quan hbn hng, quan h khch hng, quan h x hi, uy tn, cht lng sn phm;cht lng, thi , tc phong, quy trnh, t chc phc v ca hng, cc n

    v, b phn hoc cc c nhn trc thuc. Th khiu ni: l th m ni dung ca n bao gm cc nhn xt nh gi ph

    phn i vi tt c cc lnh vc, ni dung nu trn, c km theo hoc khngkm theo yu cu bi thng vt cht hoc bi thng danh dmi mc ,hnh thc no.
