Job Workflow by Laser scan Method 1. Leica Laser Scan Camera surveyor team 2. Enter Point cloud information to Cyclone software. 3. Export 3D cylinder from Cyclone software. 4. Enter cylinder position to PDMS software 5. Modeling piping system according to pictures and cylinders
extracted from Cyclone software 6. Re-Check prepared piping by PDMS software and P&ID document 7. Nozzle orientation & Dimensional recheck according to Cloud
point 8. real model Nonconformity check of extracted according to
available document, that occur (none As-Built)documents.

Laser Scanning Technology
Phase Shift Laser Scanner Speed: Acquisition of 120,000 points per second Measurement uncertainty: Error of linearity + or - 3 millimeters Vertical resolution: 0.009° (40,000 3D points over 360°) Horizontal resolution: 0.009° (40,000 3D points over 360°) Angular resolution (hor/vert): ±0.009° Measurement range: 76 meters radius Measurement envelop: 360° horizontal and 270° vertical Type of scanner dependent on needs. Time of Flight Scanners have greater range than phase shift units, and are more suitable for some type of projects.
