The module provides a comprehensive framework on designing, developing, content delivery and assessment techniques for providing high quality active learnings for the stakeholders. It provides insights to facilitators on curriculum improvement, assessment techniques and training skills. About SSBF

Symbiosis School of Banking and Finance (SSBF), a constituent of Symbiosis International

University (SIU) is a Pune based institute specializing in banking and finance. Our highly

experienced faculty, world class infrastructure and training facilities provide a holistic experience

to the participants. The classroom environment is interactive where participative learning permits

a free flow of ideas between faculty and participants. Sessions are a blend of group discussions,

presentations, case studies and analytical sessions. Wherever applicable the theory is amply

complemented through simulations and experiential learning and in a nutshell offers an excellent

Symbiosis International (Deemed University) presents Sandipani – state of the art training facility

located in the midst of the hills of Lavale, Pune, and Maharashtra. The training center is fully

equipped with 9 classrooms which accommodates 28 to 100 participants. The campus offers

residential facilities for 150+ participants, Wi-Fi Enabled Campus, Fully equipped Library, Dining

and Cafeteria

Dr. Shailesh Natu is a double post graduate. He has done his Master’s in Business Studies and Master’s in Computer Science from University of Pune. He has done his Ph.D. from University of Pune. Dr.Natu has presented and published research papers and articles in International and National journals. Dr. Natu has more than 20 years of experience out of which 13 years are in the area of Software Development, Client Management, Delivery and Project Management and 7 years in Education and Training field. He has earned international titles Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Project Management Professional (PMP), Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) v3 foundation.

Dr. Deepa Pillai is working as Associate Professor. She is an Associate Member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, Post Graduate in Commerce and Ph.D. from University of Pune under faculty of Commerce on "A study on the impact of business practices on cost effectiveness and profitability of selected banks from Pune city." and also a certified balanced scorecard trainer. She has a teaching experience of more than 17 years for management courses in subjects like Management Accounting, Financial Management, Taxation and Corporate Finance. She also conducted training programs for Union Bank of India, Yes Bank and L& T.
