The Columbia College Lean In Circle is open to all students. Circles are small peer groups at similar stages in their lives that meet regularly (first Fridays) to learn and share together.

You commit to open, honest communication and confidentiality. The Lean In Foundation and Columbia College provide everything you need: agendas, discussion guides, online lectures and more.

We become each other’s personal team of coaches, collaborators, confidants and cheerleaders. Please join us.
